Love love love these sandals! I must admit I am a bit of a shoe snob, but I find that I am looking for comfort more so than style these days. The Dansko Reece is a wonderful combination of comfort and pizzazz ! I put these on right out of the box, then I leashed up my dog and we went for a walk. They are truly the most comfortable shoe I currently have, not counting athletic shoes. I also love the style, and best thing is that my Taylor’s bunion (little toe) is free of any pressure at all, all the while my feet look downright awesome in this sandal. I wear a 7.5 shoe so the 38 fits perfectly. The hook and loop closure around the heel is easily adjustable and keep the foot in place. I have the dark green since the brownish color was sold out. The green is a deep enough shade that it works well as a neutral. Now I need a pedicure and I am set for summer fun.

The problem with the shoes is the velcro. The shoes were way too loose because of the placement of the velcro. The velcro is also not strong enough if you plan to walk a lot. I had to take them to a shoe repair store to have stronger velcro put on in a different place and have the strap cut down. What's wrong with buckles? I'm not 5 years old - I don't need velcro shoes.

I do love these shoes. Very comfortable, good arch support, stylish and cute. Only issue that the Velcro is not well placed to close the shoe.Currently have to pull it super tight to where the top is nearly completely beyond the bottom Velcro. Super weird. My foot perfectly fits the sole of the shoe, so just a poor aspect of the design. Keeping them despite the issue because comfy and cute!

This is a beautiful sandal. I loved the color and the style, everything about it except the fit. The part of the sandal that goes over the top of my foot was so tight I couldn't even get my foot into it. I bought my usual Dansko size of 37 but wow, it did not work. I have a wide foot and these sandals are not for me. They would fit somebody with a more narrow foot and lower arch. I am so disappointed that I have to return. Beautiful sandal.

Really a looking, comfortable sandal. I wear a size 9 and ordered both the listed reco for that 39 and the next size up 40. The 40's fit best. The velcro seems a little wimpy so we'll see how it holds up.

excellent fit. i wear a 12 in closed toe shoes. the 11.5-12 size was perfect. they could have been slighty bigger for me but I am very happy with them. The pearl is even prettier than the picture and fancy enough to wear with the dress I am going to wear at my daughters wedding. super comfortable straight out of the box. no discomfort from toe piece. love them. Most colors for me were sold out. i got what colors were left in my size excellent shoe.

Fits my wide-in-front, narrow-in-back foot very well! Excellent arch support. I bought another pair in the taupe color. And they’re light weight. Not heavy like some Danskos. Oh, and super-cute. Even a little elegant. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with these sandals. The fit is good and they are comfortable. The back strap allows for custom fit. Though I don't always like something between my toes, I don't feel much pressure there at all. I really love the brown color, just what I was looking for. The only drawback is that they are a little stiff and the hard sole is somewhat noisy, unlike the sport shoes I'm used to wearing. But these are more for fashion and they are very stylish.

After trying numerous sandals that didn’t work , these are PERFECT ! They are comfortable right out of the box, cute and have supportive. I was looking for sandals I could take on a trip ??With lots of walking and that would go with pants, skirts etc.

Quality leather, beautiful style, very comfortable. Desanko runs small. I usually wear a 10. The 11 was a perfect fit.

I 70 years old, active, don't like to wear shoes unless it is really quite cold. I love these sandals. No pressure on any part of my feet, including modest bunion; pretty good arch support; no metatarsal discomfort at all; and I like the way they look, they actually conceal bunion somewhat. I don't tolerated sandals with a thick toe separator; this one is nice and thin, pretty close to not there at all. If you want a strappy heeled sandal for fancy, these are not for you. If you want a comfortable and slightly dressy sandal that you can still go miles in, this is your shoe. I have it in red and green.

I like the sandals they’re really adorable but the toe area was snug, not too tight, but snug and wasn’t as comfortable as I was hoping for because of that reason.

I love these sandals. They are among my most comfy warm weather shoes. They have a sophisticated minimalist design.

These shoes are very comfortable. I don't usually like anything between my toes, but I don't even notice the loop. The strap around the back and the loop on the toe keeps them securely on my foot. I have really narrow feet and these are a bit loose but don't feel like they'll fall off like other sandals often do.

Dansko makes some fine sandals, and this is one of them. Very nice looking, and I love the neutral color. Here's what I like best about these and other Dansko sandals (and I know this is going to mark me as a nerd forever): I LOVE the velcro fastening. This is because I have had knee replacement surgery, and I can no longer turn my foot on its side to reach around and buckle the shoe. And this is a cool looking shoe, which will look great with skirts and jeans.

This is an update from my previous review. After trying these on, it turned out for me that I had to exchange them for the next size up. I normally wear a 9M, so I was surprised that these didn't fit in length as my heel was just over the back making it uncomfortable to wear. I ordered the 40 and they fit perfectly. So if you decide on this sandal I'd recommend going with the next size up...for example the 39 is an 8.5-9 and if you wear an exact 9, then I'd recommend the 40.

These look great on! Hard to believe they are a comfort brand. Finally, good looking AND comfortable. I usually take a 39. I had to return them and get the 40. Also, my foot is slim. The Reece works very well for me. Thanks Dansko. Make some more attractive sandals please!!!

It's a great looking sandal. Good for walking, as the arch support isn't as solid as many Dansko are. All Dansko quality. Beautiful leather. Easy on off and the toe ring is very comfy. Hope Dansko adds more varieties to their line. Thank you Zappos. You're the best.

These are pretty ok to me. Not 5 stars, but a solid 4 for sure. The all day comfort is just ok to me. It could be better, but then you'd be compromising the darling style. My foot feels a little floppy (might be just me) and the velcro doesn't seem to be quite strong enough to last, but that's an easy fix. Needed a summer style that gives me some comfort on my feet all day. These are a pretty good pick.
