The little strap around your ankle is velcro. I miss a buckle there that could keep it at a constant size.

This shoe was comfortable, cut a bit wide (which is good if you have wide feet and I do) but it was a bit short at the toes. I wear a size 8 and the size is considered to be 7.5 to 8. I think it's more of a 7.5, so it didn't work for me. Quality is good, nice leather, it just didn't work as well for me as the Taos Trophy sandals I ordered and kept. This style also made my somewhat wide foot look a little wider.

I loved everything about this sandal except for the straps. The back strap was cutting into my heel as I walked in an uncomfortable way, so I had to return it. I wish they would consider making the strap a little softer or with cushioning or adjustability.

Lovely shoes but ran a bit large for me. I returned them and am considering ordering a half size down. The coral color is lovely but smudges off very easily.

I need something with a firmer sole IF I want to wear Outside of my house. IT felt squishy under my toes (I need to be careful die to Mortion's Neuroma). The heel strap was a little loose and rubbed a bit (but I would have taken it to a shoemaker IF the sole was good for me)

These shoes are on the narrow side for Danskos. I usually have a lot better luck with these shoes, but something in the edges of the shoes hit the side of my foot in a weird way. Will have to return.

My usual size is 8.5 W- I ordered 39- the length was alright, the sandal is well made and attractive. There is too much space between the strap across the toes and the ankle strap- when walking it felt as though the sandal would not stay on my foot. Also the sole is not very flexible. It was almost wide enough but just not quite. If you have a high arch and need a W width, this is not for you.

The ankle strap runs a bit small. Otherwise good quality.

These shoes fit fine but bothered the side of my foot, so I am exchanging them for the Dansko Savannah.

I was excited at a previous reviewers comment that these were narrow. I can never wear a Dansko because their standard footbed is too wide for my 9 B. Alas, these are a Dansko footbed and still too wide. Exceptionally pretty shoe and perfect for summer dresses.

I loved these but had to return. I wear Danskos every day for work and always order the same size. These were so big! Cute style though.

I did not care for the fit around the toes.

I have plantar fasciitis and I bought these hoping they would have the same kind of support another pair of Dansko's have and I was disappointed. The arch support was not there. Had to return them.

They fit perfectly and were comfortable from the start.

These are nice looking and comfortable sandals, bit I don’t like the velcro straps at all. At this price point, I would have preferred buckles that would be more secure and long lasting. Would not recommend.

I have been wearing Dansko shoes for 19 1/2 years almost exclusively and have puchased more than a dozen pairs of shoes. These are the first ones that are uncomfortable and simply don't seem to have the quality fit my others have had. The straps bulge out on my ankle and I can feel where the straps are attached under the foot bed. At first I thought I was just used to my other, similar, six year old Dansko sandles and I would just have to get used to the new feel. Now that I have given them a couple months of occasional wear, I know these shoes aren't the same quality I'm used to getting from Dansko. After about an hour the bottoms of my feet hurt and I change to my "Season" sandles. I began to suspect that these sandles are "knock offs" and when I looked closely at the logo printed on the foot bed it doesn't appear to be the same as on my other Dansko shoes. I'm so disappointed with this experience as I had come to trust and rely on the Dansko quality construction. Now I need to find a new quality shoe so I can wear the same shoes all day and not have my feet hurt. I wish I could return them because they are inferior but I doubt that's a possibility. I wish I didn't have this type of review to share. Zappos, as always, has provided excellent service. However, Zappos, I'm afraid that we have both been duped!
