I ordered a 38 and it was too small, my toes hung off the edge. The 39’s were too long.

I love Danskos and own several styles. This one was a little different, definitely not the clog style. The buckle around the ankle was at the tightest hole but it still felt loose in the heel. There was no room to punch in a new hole to make it tighter either. The main party of shoe felt a bit wide and Just walking around the house a bit, i felt like my feet would start pushing out at the toes more than i would like. A little too much heel for me, felt a bit clunky. Am sending these back in favor of another Dansko I ordered., The Savannah. This shoe is very nice but seems to run a it big overall.

Dansko always gives your foot support and comfort. But the straps over the top of the foot were not adjustable, and were too long. I have a really average foot (not narrow) but these really should be for people who have a higher foot volume, or maybe wide feet.

I love Dansko, and always wear the same size. These shoes felt way too long.

I went with the Zappos recommended size but it was a full size too big. Additionally, I know it states Olive but the picture looks so brown. The color is definitely Olive with a hint of brown undertone. If you need brown or rusty brown or chocolate brown this isnt the shoe for you. I have a high arch and that part was perfect. The rubber sole is very favorable for comfort and impact.

fit was nice, but color was more and ashy grey olive and not like the picture.

This is a very comfortable sandal but the style turned out to be very clunky. Definitely not an elegant shoe. These are going back.

I really like Dansko shoes, and I have 3 other models, but I had to send these back. The straps over the foot are not adjustable, and they were just too large, even though the length of the shoe was perfect. I do not have a "low volume" foot; I have always thought of my feet as pretty average. But I just slopped around in these. They were just too loose. To bad, because they are obviously comfortable shoes, if they fit your foot.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but sadly returned them!! They didn't feel quite as comfy as the other Danskos I've ordered in the past. I have wide feet and the straps felt like they'd cut into the top of my foot if I actually wore them for an extended period of time. I still love Danskos but these didn't do it for me.

These were super cute in person, better than I expected for Dansko. The problem was I have a high arch and the straps made it too tight and my food didn't slide down far enough in the shoe for my arch to line up properly.

Pretty but this feels larger than my usual 7.5 dress shoe size. Also ankle strap doesn't stay-if sling backs slip off your ankles, this will slip off yours too. I don't think half size smaller will work for me so I'm returning.

The Dansko Ashlee is a great comfort shoe that offers a wide base heel. The heel has an angled taper which makes it look less clunky. For my foot the top strap mateierial fits well. But the back strap needed to be on the very tightest hole to fit my ankle. Having the back strap with more leather strapping on top of foot makes walking comfortable. Walking in these shoes for a distance is easy and I adjusted right away for the whole night on my feet. The height is great too, given the comfort! The size for me was what I always wear with Dansko (61/2-7). These sandal shoes are not fancy, more utilitarian with a heel which makes them casual, yet you can wear them going out on the town or when you want to dress up an outfit.
