I really wanted to like this sandal but this shoe is very wide. I’ve never had a Dansko shoe be ‘off’ before but this is off by a mile. The shoe itself is very nice just didn’t fit me. I’ve attached a photo of a different Dansko sandal in a 38 and this sandal in a size 38.

These are adorable and oh, so comfortable sandals! However, the toe straps are not adjustable and are way too wide for my foot. I typically wear a medium width, so I am so disappointed. The foot bed is the softest I have ever felt!! How I wish I could adjust those toe straps; if they were adjustable, I would buy these in every color and beg for more!!! If you have a wider foot, do give these a try! If you have a narrow foot, forget it, don't even try it. If you have a medium size width foot, do give it a try and I hope they work for you.

I'm a size 6.5 and the Dankso 37 works perfectly. The leather uppers are solid but not stiff and I can walk and stand in these all day without feeling fatigued. I LOVE the vibrant red and the stylish design. Perfect for ankle/cropped pants, skirts and dresses. I'm ready for summer!

I wish these worked out. They are beautiful, but there are problems. First, they run large, at least a half size; people on the edge of a size should size down. Second, on one foot, the large clasp dug into my heel. Also, and this is probably particular to me, but I do not like the fuzzy footbed material. It's hot, and these are summer shoes. It's the type of material that also wears quickly and leaves odd stains/marks when worn. And odd choice!

i was so pleased to discover that this wedge sandal fits and feels like my beloved dansko clogs (the old style ones). it has a very high arch support which actually makes walking forward almost a 2 step process. your heel goes down first and then rocks forward onto the forward part of the shoe, like a clog.. this might not be everyone's cup of tea, but i love how comfortable they feel and in red leather, i find them very stylish. now i just cant wait for warm weather to wear them outside the house....

A bit wide for my somewhat narrow foot. There was just too much room and my foot was moving around a lot.

This will only fit a medium or wide width foot. Very cute shoe, though.

I LOVED this shoe but it was just a little too small at size 39, even though I own several other Dansko shoes in size 39 that fit. I will be reordering in a large size and hopefully they won't be too big.

These are the best shoes! Wore then out of box and many days afterward. Dansko did it with this sole and renewed my faith. It gives inner heel support so you could say the arch support is good. It keeps your foot upright and alignment is great while walking all over. Style gets a 4 star only because they are a bit clunky but lovely enough. I haven't found anything I love so much for itenerant teaching and on the run in a long long time - now if only Dansko would make a decent looking shoe with the same sole - winter you know.

I loved these - color, style, heel height, arch support were all awesome. However, I'm needing more stability from shoes in general than I used to, and these just didn't have enough to keep my feet from pronating. Sadly, had to return.

I love Dansko clogs and have had a hard time finding sandals that are as comfortable. These are. They are reasonably cute too...casual but not too matronly. They are a bit wide over the toe area, as other reviewers have mentioned, but not terribly so. I did go one size down from my clog size.

Some have said that this shoe was extra wide, but I tried my normal size and 1 size up with no luck. They were perfect - except the top strap was painfully narrow on me. Footbed was delightful if they fit you!

I have many pairs of Danskos, and this fit me as well as my other pairs—great.

I wear 41 in the clog but the 40 in the sandal. Just the red color I was looking for and very comfy.

I’ve been trying to find a great pair of sandals that don’t leave me feet in pain at the end of the day, and also last for more than one season. I think I’ve found them. These sandals are cute enough for a wedding guest and comfortable enough for everyday wear. They are just the right height also (I’m not a high heel wearer, but these have a nice 2” platform lift). The only not perfect thing is the straps over the toes are a bit wide. If you have narrow feet, these may not be good for you. I have medium width and they’re a tad big there, but it doesn’t bother me at all (no toes rubbing against the strap!). Overall, I’d say these are awesome and very worth the price. I’ll be buying more Dansko shoes for sure.

I have several pairs of danskos and am loving some of their newer sandals! These are not quite as squishy as some others I have or have tried (Season and Shari), but are still very comfortable. They were just firmer feeling -- and maybe it is because they are an entirely solid platform instead of more of a traditional "heel" that could make the shoe itself feel heavier. I got the red color and love the richness of it. It is not bright by any means and is the perfect amount of red for a neutral!

These are so cute and comfortable. I have a narrow foot and while I have a little extra room in the toe area I was able to tolerate it. My feet need support in the arch area and cannot have too much heel. These are great! Kept the red ones as they were much cuter to me than the black. Able to wear them all day without foot pain. I do wish they could be this stylish and have adjustable straps at the toe. That would make them a perfect shoe!

This is such a great shoe ... however the 42 was too large.

Loved the color and style but I have a bunion that hung over the edge just enough to cause pain therefore returned them.

I have to agree with the reviewer who wrote in and said the size of the sandal was larger than other Dansko sandals of the same size. I purchased a size 39 (which is what I generally buy in Dansko) and it was "generous". The foot bed itself was quite comfortable in terms of the length, as I have a wide foot, so the fact that the tips of my toes were well within the footbed made it quite comfortable (they hit probably 1/4" behind the tip of the sandal. Also the width of the straps over the toes were great (and again, I have a wide foot). However, the arch support hit a bit far back for me, and instead of supporting me in the arch of my foot, it was just far enough back that walking became uncomfortable. I wanted to like these - but for the money I just couldn't justify keeping them. Also, at the same time I purchased these I also purchased a pair of Sacha's in size 39, and the seemed smaller than the Lindsay's. My experience was the same as the woman who posted the picture of her feet in the two different styles side-by-side.

Really cute scandal for Dansko but I felt it was too wide in the front area - as I walked my foot moved too much - even once the straps were adjusted. Really pretty red color so I wished it would have worked. So so glad Zappos has this awesome return policy because I feel like I give many shoes a try and few actually succeed!

I tried multiple sizes and there is just something off about the arch placement for me. 39 was the right length but the 40 arch was better placed but far too long. So they go back. They are super cute and the red is such a pretty shade.

These shoes feel awesome on my feet!
