Comfortable shoes. Just a wider fit than other models.

It serves its purpose in crossfit. I need more supoort for my arches, I add my own arch support. No leg, knee or lower back pain.

Love the feel of the shoe. They are light but durable. Enjoy working out in them.

My first training shoes, so it's been a bit of an adjustment. But they are so much more stable for weight training and aerobics, which makes my knee replacement very happy. I'm a senior and not CrossFit material, but these are great shoes for my needs. My only quibble is that I wish the laces were white instead of a mismatched beige.

The wide of the shoes is big for me. But overall it is good quality and the style looks pretty good to me

The show is stunning and comfortable. Personally I wish they had wide sizes.

This shoe is supportive enough for lifting while still being flexible and comfortable enough for running. All around a good CrossFit shoe.

These shoes have been great for me and once I broke them in I've loved them!

Great crosstraining shoe, this is my 5th pair and they keep getting better.

Thought the shoe was really nice, but felt I needed one that was a bit more an all-round shoe even for classes like hiit, bodystep and bodycombat and change at the end of a Speed ??Her TR model. Had I been able to afford 2 new shoes I would have bought both.

Love these! I currently am not in CrossFit but lifting, and cross training I find these shoes to be perfect. Give great support, and are very comfortable. I definitely recommend breaking them in. Only issue they are not good running shoes. Way too flat, and a bit too heavy for running.

I loved the nano but it was too smal i had to return the shoe

Perfect in crossfit and runs not to exceed a mile.

I would go 1/2 a size down. Just a little too big but other than that they are a great trainer

Bought them for cross fit classes and they definitely work well. A lot more stable than my running shoes.

I love the gum sole and the fit around my ankle. Great shoes for squatting in and absolutely love the colour way. A bit bigger fit around the toes than I am used to but the fit generally is very good ( I am a uk 7)

I have always used more of a running style shoe to train but wanted to change to a more CrossFit style trainer to see what difference it made. First of all I would suggest ordering your normal size at least, I actually found these to run small and had to order a half size bigger in the end but customer service was helpful and the process was straight forward. I have used the trainers a few times to train and feel like I have got to grips with them. For weight training I think these are great, a nice firm sole and great support. I found initially when doing burpees that the toe was really uncomfortable but either the shoe has softened (in my few sessions) or I have adjusted my movement because the last session I didn't have any discomfort during burpees (well none from the trainer). I have found these to be overall a great trainer and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love these shoes, my feet are wide so a good shoe without toe seams is an absolute winner! Great for Crossfit and they have a decent amount of arch support not like the older versions of this show. I'm not sure of the durability of the shoe upper only time will tell but they seem quite flimsy. I have another pair in flex weave that seem a lot more durable but regardless I love them.
