This is a great shoe for workouts with weights and movement. Nice cushioned insole with flat enough sole for stability while lifting. Very lightweight for jumping. Fit is true to size, I followed other reviewer's advice and did not size up. Very happy with this shoe!!

I'm so glad I purchased these shoes! I bought them a half-size too big but they still fit really well. I like that they give your toes plenty of room.

These are my favorite Nanos yet! They fit perfectly! I struggled with a hyperextended hip flexor for weeks. Wearing these for the first time brought a noticeable amount of stability during my WODs - especially squats, tire jumps, lunging, etc. Highly recommend!!

The fit and stability. . . perfect! Like the simple color - white. Nice. Solid standing. love them.

A great all around shoe for lifting and training, it's also a great shoe for spin classes.

I was pleasantly surprised by these nanos. My previous sneakers were the Grace's and I loved how those fit my foot due to several pairs of Metcons that just weren't fitting right. I haven't had a pair of nanos since the 4's and wasn't a huge fan of those. So I took a risk and these turned out to be my favorite CrossFit shoe I have ever worn. I love how these have the perfect amount of cushion. I got the cloud blue color and I liked them better in-person. I got a ton of compliments at the gym.

Best work out shoe I have ever had! Comfortable and supportive at the same time

Comfortable with any training. Texas heat my feet get hot so it's nice to have flex weave to help keep cool. Bit wide but I have wide feet so they fit great with thin or thick socks. And easy to lift and run in these during workout

I love the Nano 8's....above and beyond the 7's. Much softer but still great for lifting. I prefer them to my metcon 3's as well. the only downfall ive had is that they have started to fray on the toes (probably from burpees and push ups).

The shoe is very comfortable and provides the support needed to do weights and some gymnastic moves. A little stiff for running, 400-800 metes feels okay. The shoes are but wide, which I love. I've worked out with them for about 2 weeks now and love love it.

Very comfortable and appropriately wide. The flexweave has a lot of give and is not stiff at all.

As a regional CrossFit athlete I highly recommend this shoes for my training and competitions.

I've tried Nike metcons before and they're just terrible in comparison to these! Can you WOD in them? Yes with ease. Can you lift in them? 100% yes they're so stable. True to size? Yep, however I have narrow feet so have to the the laces up really tightly. Honestly the best shoe for crossfit!

Please make this product with old symbol and new symbol.

Very comfortable, I can wear them working out or walking all day and my feet don't hurt.

Simply the best Crossfit shoe, way better for me than the nano 4,5,7,7 flexweave. Straight out of the box can run, box jump, lift.

It is very comfortable, flexible and light. I love the wide toe box.

These shoes made me realize how narrow all my other shoes are. They provide so much room for my toes. Extremely comfortable for daily wear, weight training and mobility work. Running feels good in them too, but I haven't ran much in them.

Love the fit and the look. They are perfect for cross training and/or CrossFit. Bummed they started fraying in the inside of my left arch after one WOD with rope climbs. But otherwise- they're perfect!
