These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Fantastic for CrossFit with stability and still flexibility for wods with heavy lifts and running. I wish the toe box was a little more protective and not the best shoes for rope climbs depending on your technique coming down other than that, fantastic

These are great for lifting and other plyo moves like box jumps my foot stays stable protecting my knees. Some reviews said runs big but I say they are true to size. Great show

Excellent arch support and very comfortable. I am normally a size 10, but purchased 9.5- the shoe runs a bit big.

I've only somewhat recently gotten into lifting and CrossFit, and these shoes are fantastic for most of the general workouts we do, specifically the weightlifting ones. They're nice and stable, but lightweight, and they look really awesome. My feet don't slide around in them at all and they seem like they'll last a long time, and I tend to be someone who's rough on shoes. That being said, just keep in mind that they are super flat on the bottom so aren't great for some cardio activities, (definitely don't run in these).

Very light weigh and comfortable. I love the heels because it is a bit wider giving a lot more support for squats.

Runs small. Normally I am a size 7 in most brands but I had to go up to an 8 in these to give my toes the room they need to be comfortable.

Match all my Crossfit cloths and don't show marks. Strong and durable however so comfortable and really support my feet .

It is really simple but so good for weight training

Order your normal size. I went half a size smaller per the comments and now I have to return them in exchange for my usual size 8. Overall they appear to be a great quality shoe.

Loved it! Great and much needed improvement from the nano 7. Got me an additional pair of a different color to abuse them at the box. Will probably get me an extra pair in the future.
