The shoe runs larger than nano 2's and has a hard arch support. I'm flat footed and usually take my shoes off during a wod, so it will take some getting use to.

Be aware that the shoe runs big, I could've gone almost a whole number down but half a number wasn't too bad. Also the toe box is huge, again going down half a number should help with that. I've been wearing them everyday for a week so I can give them an honest try and have done different workouts involving squatting, jumping, running, box jumps, pistols, etc. I can say that they are comfortable for most workouts, make your feet feel secured and stable when doing squats. Only thing I don't recommend them for is running and doing rope climbs.

I was told it runs big, that is not true. I wish it came in different widths. The color, and shoe design are beautiful.

I have been working out in this shoes for about one month now. I'm not a crossfitter, but I love doing a wide variety of workouts. My workouts generally consist of weight lifting, plyo, hiit, step aerobics, jump rope, some cardio equipment. It took about 2 weeks to feel like the shoes were adequately broken in. Even with that, I enjoyed the stability of these shoes from my first time working out in them. I initially ordered these shoes a half size smaller (8) based on all other reviews, but they were absolutely too small! Thankfully, Reebok exchanged them quickly and easily for my normal size (8.5). I'm very pleased with them.

the fit and size is perfect. It has a wide toe box and good stability. I didn't really feel much arch support and I think an insert will be helpful. The are good for the gym though (not running or walking distance). I like them for my CrossFit class as they have stability and not a high lift

Very comfortable use them on a daily basis during PT sessions and no rubbing or breaking in issues at all. Slightly on the wider side however no real impact to performance.

This is a great training shoe, but not enough cushion for me. I do HIIT style workouts with weights, jumping, cardio, etc. The bottom of my feet got sore within 15 minutes. They would be best for lifting only and minimal jumping. I liked the style. The toe box is wider than most shoes, but I like the room.

I'm still getting used to the boxy feel in the toe area, but i feel confident that these are going to end up being a great shoe for me.

They come up slightly big so had to send back. I have narrow feet and they made look a bit like a duck. However people tell me these are some of the best for CrossFit. I'll order half a size down next time

These shoes fit big, I am usually a size 9 and I ordered a 9 but I'd say they are a 1/4 to 1/2 size too big. I feel if I were to size down to an 8.5 then they would be too small. They fit OK once I tightened the laces, however I have heel slippage on one foot. Other than that they are comfortable and very stable for weightlifting. I like the cupped heel for stability as well as the tread on the underside of the shoe.

Recommend to definitely go half a size down. I picked my true size (I usually go half size up for trainers) and these feel about a full size longer in length and half a size wider. They're comfortable though, they're definitely more for weight training in rather than high impact - tuck jump/ burpee type affair. They feel like they have a decent grip.

These shoes are really comfortable but a little hard to get used to the wide toe box for me. A lot of reviews mentioned needing to size down a 1/2 size but that wasn't the case for me. If I had sizes down, the length of the shoe wouldn't have been long enough. With that said, it was the wide toe box that I am having to get used to. I think I'm going to like it for weight lifting, but I have to really think about the placement of my feet when I run right now or I'm afraid I'll trip.

It's a very good shoe overall, however, is not so good to run in. My feet get hot when I start running, and then when I am back to the weights I have to wait a little for my feet to cool down to keep on going. For weight lifting is amazing though.

The shoe does need some getting used to - the with gives your foot the ability to spread your foot during lifts which is a plus. It is flat also making for a good lift shoe. The width takes getting used to in execution of more complicated moves such as a Turkish get up - your feet seem to tangle. Good for jumps, sleds and very short runs.

So hard to find a decent cross-trainer. Why? After a lot of buy and returns, found these by Reebok and I love them. They have a wide base that makes lateral movements a breeze. They look wider than they actually are. I have a narrow foot and have no problem with slippage either front to back or side to side. Some reviews say they run big, I felt they ran true to size. My foot is generally 8 or 8.5. I ordered 8 and they are perfect. Great traction so I am not sliding all over the place. If I could change anything, it would be slightly more cushion on the ball of the shoe bed for plyometric moves. Other than that, I'd say they are pretty close to perfect.
