These shoes are designed for CrossFit and are perfect as such!!! Absolutely flat, makes it much easier to keep good form while lifting. Also very cute, which is a nice bonus. This is a great CrossFit shoe which is not made for everyday casual wear.

I got this shoe as an intermediate in CrossFit and it offers great stability for the workouts. I have gotten many compliments on how great looking the shoe is. I found it so comfortable I ordered another pair in the color Cool Shadow/Storm/Silver for every day way. The insert is removable and I added my Avia orthotics. I have plantar fasciitis and in addition like a wide toe box. These are some of the most comfortable shoes I own and are ultra cute.

These shoes took some trial and error to get the right size. Zappos was excellent with their customer service and working with me to get the right shoe. I suspect the colors that are shared between genders (specifically the black with white trim) might actually be built from a men's shoe last based on how roomy they felt. I have a wide forefoot, and these shoes have a generous toebox anyway, but the black shoes felt way to big even when the length felt right. Also, Reebok appeared to have some quality control issues on shoe size labeling for the black with white trim (tried to order a women's 8 in this color twice and received shoes labeled as such which were way too big). After ordering a women's specific color, I'm happy with the fit, now that I feel I have a women's specific 8.5.
