I don’t do CrossFit, but I was starting to notice knee pain and imbalances during my weight lifting sessions and wanted to try something other than running shoes for training. It took me two workouts to adjust to wearing these, and now I love the wide base and stable support. They are well-made and have a very thoughtful, intentional design. As far as aesthetics, they are flatter and wider than most athletic/running shoes, but I don’t mind it. I actually love the look!

This is a great shoe for CrossFit - good support and lightweight. This shoe absolutely fits the bill for CrossFit so I do recommend the Reebok Nano.

Great shoe with plenty of room in the toe box. I have wide feet and these were almost too wide. Probably won’t work well for someone with narrow feet. I am a size 8.5 and these were at least half a size, if not a full size, too large. I like the style of these shoes, but didn’t think they were a great fit for the type of workouts I do on a regular basis.

So comfortable! Love them. Nanos have always been my favorite CrossFit trainer and these are the best yet.

These shoes are great for CrossFit and functional fitness. They are as comfortable you can get with this kind of workout shoe. You may not choose them to wear all day. This is my 4th pair of Reebok Nanos. I highly recommend them.

These shoes fit comfortably with just the right arch support. The upper material is a good balance of firmness for support of different types of movements - side to side, jumping, burpees, lunges - but also flexbile enough so it gives. The soles are soft but also flexible. These are the best cross training shoes I've worn.
