I love these for weightlifting. They have a strong foundation but flexible in the toebox. These run slightly larger compared to my other Nano's. I love the gum bottom look!

Great colors, versatile CrossFit shoe! These have been awesome for lifting, box jumping, jump roping, and the occasional short sprints in WODs. They are much more comfortable than other Cross-training shoes I have tried. I love my nanos!

Best Nanos so far! They're a bit wide if you have narrow feet, but I got used to it and actually enjoy the extra room when I do certain movements.

Love this trainer as a CrossFit shoe!!!!! I have the nike metcons and these are easily comparable. The toe box is slightly wider than other CrossFit trainers but they're amazing shoes and would highly recommend. True to size!

They are the first training shoes that do not hurt my knees due to causing my foot to strike in an unnatural way while running. Also the quality and look of the design is the best I've seen.
