This shoe makes a huge difference in the quality of my workout. It's definitely constructed for ease in lateral movement, burpees, squats, plyo and jumps. I thought I had good shoes before, but clearly, I did not. I need a wide toe box, but not a wide overall shoe. This shoe fits my foot perfectly. I am a size 6 shoe and usually buy a 6 1/2 for a workout shoe. As other reviewers state, it runs big for a workout shoe. A size 6 ended up fitting great.

Great update to the Nano! Very comfortable, and feels much more supportive than the 8.

I like the toe box a lot, I'm a roomy toe box kinda gal. All my other shoes are Altas. I have plenty of room and n my regular size, and might have done better with 1/2 down. Since I'm not running marathons in these shoes I just lace them snug and they are great for WODs.

These shoes saved my life, I wish I had found them years ago! They greatly reduce my foot and leg pain while working out. I use them for my Les Mills classes and they're excellent! Just got another pair.
