This pair is very nice, lightweight and comfy. They are breathable, and will be good both for the workout and walking. Perfect for feet with middle width.

Even though these are running shoes, I bought them for training - primarily HIIT and strength style workouts. They are so comfortable!! Good support, light weight, and I love the colors. Could not recommend enough
