I like theses because of the support for my feet. I use them for interval training and walking.

This is my second pair. They are hands down the most comfortable running shoe I've tried. Lightweight, toe box is wide enough to give me the space I need but not so roomy that it lacks support. There are no parts of the shoe that rub my feet the wrong way, so no breaking in period needed. It does run large compared to other running shoes. I typically have to size up, but I wear my true size in the Forever Floatrides. I put almost 500 miles on my last pair, and they were still so comfortable, I hated to give them up!
