These fit very true to size. So, if you intend to wear them with socks it is better to order a half or a full size up. I bought them solely to wear sock-less for walking and cycling. The only issue I have with them is the soles are too smooth for my bicycle pedals. My bike has plastic pedals that do not have the bear trap, claw-like teeth like most metal pedals have, so my left foot slides on the pedal and I have to constantly adjust it. I will dedicate these to walking and reserve my Reebok Real Flex to bike riding. My Reebok Real Flex have cleat like treads on the soles that keep my feet where I put them on the pedals. Enclosed are two pictures to show you the difference between the two soles. I don't know how these will perform on wet pavements with the lack of treads on the bottom, but I will see.

These are truly an excellent fit and very comfortable shoe. I wore them to work and loved how light they feel and the comfort they give especially in my heels. I got them while they were on sale but they are truly worth the money regardless.
