This was my first time purchasing Toms. The reviews indicated that these ran small and narrow, so I ordered up a 1/2 size. They are substantially too long and not narrow at all. This after waiting 10 days for them. I am wondering how my regular size 8 will fit, but they are out of stock. Concerned that even they will be too big. Too bad because otherwise they were just what I was looking for!! Back they go........

Just like other reviews said, the heel is too loose so even after going down a size my heel would still slip out when walking. Unfortunately a size smaller would squish my toes. Returning =/

Fit is good; they are true to size and have a surprising arch support pad that keep my ankles from turning in. The structure of the shoe feels supportive and not flimsy. I would have liked the soles to be 1-4 to1/2-inch thicker for styling, padding, and keeping out rain puddles. Really appreciate that they are a Give-Back product!!

I was between a 9.5 and a 9 in these. The 9.5 felt like a 10 but 9 felt a big snug. Too bad. I wanted the extra cushion.

Loved the dove grey color and the fabric but it feels like they’re even more flat than classic Toms. Or maybe it’s the squishy sole? I wear a 7 in classic Toms and these felt like my toe was hitting the seam or where the fabric meets the rubber sole. 7.5 were too big. Sadly returning

The Multi Heritage Canvas Cupsole shoe is very cute and stylish. I have many other Toms shoes in this style and they are all size 8. I ordered these in an 8 and they were too large, as has been noted by other reviewers. I returned them for a size 7.5 but they too, were too large. I'm (reluctantly) giving up on these shoes and sending them back. I'll just stick to the many other Toms that I have.

I am always an 8.5 in Toms but for some reason (as the other reviewers) have mentioned, this pair runs wide and large. This time I hadnt the read the reviews beforehand because the listing showed 5 stars and I was so confident in my Tom's sizing. Sad these aren't true to size. Will need to exchange for something else Toms.

Very attractive shoe but stiff canvas that would require some breaking in.

Does not feel like the other Tom's I have bought at department stores. They were made cheaper and the insoles were not as supporting. I will have to put in heel pads to wear because the top of the shoe hits my ankle.

I was really sad to have to return these because I've always wanted a pair of TOMS. I got black, they looked AMAZING out of the box and well made! Plus the inside seemed squishy, in a good way. But I could not get my feet into these shoes if my life depended on it! The canvas was so tight, quite frankly it was painful to even try to get on. I am a true size 9.5M but sized up to a 10M, to no avail. Oh well! I'll try another pair as some other reviewers have suggested. Good shoe, for narrow feet, probably! :)

I have had several pairs of this Alpargata, but in this case the fabric is so stiff it hurts my ankle and my toes.

Too narrow and the material wasn't as soft as I remember Toms being.

I love this style but it is not comfortable. And no arch.

I always wear an 8.5 in Tom's shoes, however, this one felt too tight. I really like the overall look and style of it, but I'm going to have to send it back. I tried the size 9 and it felt too big, soooooo my foot must be in the weird in between of sizes. I WISH the shoe worked better!

Too bad these are sized so differently than other Tom's I've worn. They're so much bigger. Also, the color is more purple than a brownish-red as you would expect of a color with the name "raisin".

Too big. No support or comfort features for my 50 yr old feet.

These shoes look so great, but I was very disappointed with the sizing. I usually wear a 10 in TOMS. Many of the reviews actually said this shoe ran wide/large, but I went ahead and ordered the 10 anyway. The 10 was smaller and more narrow than my other TOMS, I couldn't even get it on my foot. I went ahead and ordered the 11, hoping it would work, but it's too big and falls off my foot as I walk. I really love the look of these and am bummed they won't work for me!

Had to return because larger than the other Toms shoes I have in size 8.

I need a smaller size.
