One of my favorite Hammitt bags. Perfect size, comfort with the shoulder strap, jut the right amount of pockets and the color is gorgeous.

We were at your pop up store at the South Coast Plaza a couple of days ago, and that was our second visit to your store! Before we went to the store, we already knew what we wanted! We purchased the two Toms (Crimson & Black)! We had purchased them as early Christmas gifts for me and for my daughter! Needless to say, we love your bags! So well made, and the design and quality are superb! Please keep it up! Also, the young lady/associate who helped us with the purchase was really nice! Her pleasing personality makes it easy for clients to purchase! I apologize, Im not good in remembering names! Thanks again! ~Jen

This is an awesome bag, but when I opened the package it had a very perfume-like smell, rather than smelling like leather like my other Hammitt bags. It is gradually getting better, but still doesn’t smell like leather.

The leather is great but it's too small and the strap isn't long enough. This was my first purchase with you and was so excited but I haven't even used it. Just not was I was hoping for. It was on sale and can't return. The website didn't have enough pictures so I could have a visual with someone wearing it. Wanted to purchase many more bags but now I'm hesitant.

I own a half dozen Hammitt bags. This one is terrible quality compared to the rest. Even more disappointing, it cannot be returned. I'm stuck with it, and I will never use it. I won't be buying another Hammitt bag. This was just too great a disappointment.
