What caught my eye at first was the solid black design. That is what I was looking for in a trainer since a lot of my paths have pea gravel, grass, or dirty concrete patches. Having a black sole was important to keep my kicks looking fresh for longer. I like that the tongue is attached all the way up so it doesn't move on you (always annoying) and the fit is snug as a glove. I will note that it does get tight on my toes, so I had to get a bigger size. Keep that in mind when ordering.
