Nice stable running shoe. I've used them for changing directions quickly and my feet don't slide around.

These are by far my favorite Adidas. They look amazing with jeans and track suits. Perfect balance for traveling. That said, at the gym, weight lifting, these are just amazing. I'm on my second pair and hope Adidas keep supporting this model for a long time.
