I used these tip toes cushions for my wedges. It helped me out a lot through the day because all of my pressure is on the ball on my feet. If you have cute heels or wedges that are just a little uncomfortable I would definitely recommend these to help out. You can still wear cute shoes and be comfortable. Wore 4in heels to my fiances company party and didn't have any pain after not wearing heels for quite some time! I don't really wear heels but my sister does so I gave them to her and she fell in love with them. The front of her heels is were her feet hurt the most, these are a life saver and I highly recommend, you get these if you have the same problem.
