The sneakers look cute but the soles are hard. I wanted to like them so I kept them. I can’t wear them for longer than an hour or else my feet hurt.

The shoes were cute but it was very uncomfortable. The back of the shoe did not keep my heel in. Yet going down a size, I feel like it would be too snug.

The fit and size was true. The comfort is there however the "slip on" to regular has failed. After very light one time use the right back now constantly slouches and slides down. I have tried everything to get it to stay in "regular" shoe form but no luck. It's a great idea just ill performing in reality.

Was a bit too roomy, even with my medium/wide feet. Biggest issue is that the stitching rubs in the wrong places on the inside of the shoe.
Bummer because I do love the Olukai shoes I have in a different style.

I bought these shoes as a gift for someone and the sole insert of the shoe was the wrong size. It is too big and doesn’t sit flat in the shoe. Will have to exchange and hope that quality control is better on the next pair

I thought these shoes would be amazing because I like the way they look. But when I put them on and they were very uncomfortable to walk in. I even had in socks and they were still uncomfortable. The look of the shoes are super cute. But I would tell any female that are looking to get this type of show and this brand to research and to maybe get a size bigger .

This style is exactly what I was looking for. The heel cup that folds down to convert the sneaker to a slide is genius. However, the comfort level fell short. They were fine for the 15 minute test run in the house, but after an hour, my feet were aching. I tried repeatedly to break them in with no luck.

This has never happened to me with an order from Zappos. The shoes arrived with obvious scuffs on the soles and in a strange package with no standard padding around them. I tried them on anyway and they were small, so either way they were going back. However these shoes were pre-worn.

These are not slip-on sneakers. You can turn them into mules and slide your foot in, but to wear as a true sneaker you have to untie the laces. Why does Zappos insist on not showing which shoes have laces??????
