I love these!! I usually wear a 9 in Keen for casuals and a 9 1/2 in hiking shoes. But this model in 9 is a perfect fit for my long toes. Still a little wiggle room up front even. There really is no arch support in these, which is surprising, but they are still comfortable right out of the box. The liner is removable so I will try to see if my arch support works in them. The leather uppers are really soft and they don't rub at my ankles. So happy I ordered them :-)

Great looking sneakers... just did not meet my purpose as well as the other two pairs of sneaker- shoes I purchased instead.

Keen traditionally are my go-to brand for outdoor shoes that fit my wide feet well. Unfortunately the Lorelai Chukkas are unlike any other Keen shoe I own (and I own at least 7 other pair). There is zero arch support and really zero inside cushioning at all. It feels as though you're walking in bare feet. And these shoes definitely run small. I often get away with an 8 in Keen and this shoe in an 8.5 is on the verge of being too small. My hope is that they will stretch a bit with use. Having said all this, the shoes are beyond cute and a nice alternative to sneakers. I love that the sole is a complimentary shade of gray to match the dark gray leather, rather than being a stark contrast with white. What these shoes lack in comfort, they make up for in style. The question becomes whether I keep the current pair or buy the next size up and add an insert for cushioning???

I wear size 7 and these fit true to size for me. This is my 2nd pair Lorelai because I love them so much. I have a pair of green and pair blacks. Both are comfy but do need more padding. I’ve never owned Keen shoes except for these. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent - exactly what I was looking for. Leather, sneaker-like comfort, accepts my orthotics. Ordering another pair, though more colors (brown?) would be great.

Nice soft leather, removable insoles for orthotics, laces that are actually long enough, good toe room and a nice flexible sole without a raised heel. Perfect. I really like that these gray ones have a lighter gray sole instead of bright white. They work better with fall and winter clothing colors like this.

Love Love LOVE these!!! I know that there have been other reviewers who have complained of no support, but that doesn't bother me. I have custom insoles and they work great.

Another reviewer said it all: "What these shoes lack in comfort, they make up for in style. " I LOVE the stylish look and roomy toe box of these chukkas, plenty of room for my toesies to move around. But the sole is completely flat. So long walks in these shoes? Forget about it.

This shoe looks great, but like many other reviews mentioned, there is no arch support at all. I usually wear a size 8 but ordered 8.5 so I’d have room to add an insert for support, but there’s no room for that. If I had ordered size 8, it would have been to small. If Keen updates the style and adds support, this show would be a winner.

Cute, casual, and comfortable. There is really not any support in these shoes but I still find them to be pretty comfortable!

Lightweight and sturdy, and super cute! And water resistant, which is great for rainy days. But these definitely don't have the solid-around-the-foot feel I have always had with Keens. These don't feel like Keens at all. I ended up putting gel inserts in for more cushion underfoot. Also, not sure I'd wear these for all-day exploring in the city, as the tongue rubs on the top of my foot, even with good socks. But, I liked them enough to keep them, and the are a stylish alternative to plain tennis shoes.

I returned them because I felt the sole was too thin. I prefer more support.

I love these SO MUCH! I have broader-than-average feet for a woman, and a baby toe that comes up higher than average, and these work with my feet. I wear them with orthotics, and they are amazing. My only critique is that they have tended to rub blisters on the top of my bunions, but I'm pretty sure they'll wear in over time.

It is so close to being a great shoe. Material is great, width, and general look. I wish they were offered in a camel color. There is zero arch support. I put in arch support inserts and it changed the whole look of the shoe. Made my foot fit much tighter. I wish they were constructed with arch support, because adding it in doesn't work.

Super cute, but worst fitting Keen shoes I’ve owned. I have had at least 10 pairs of keen and this are very uncomfortable. I’m giving them a chance and see if leather stretches a bit.

While attractive, these felt a full size too short.

Runs at least half a size small and has zero (and I do mean zero) arch support or any other support for the sole of your foot. You may as well be walking barefoot. But they are super cute and the gray is the perfect neutral color with a contrasting gray sole. Keeping them because they are cute, despite the fact they are not comfortable compared to the other pair of Keens I own.

Runs long. Absolutely NO arch support. Totally cute style.

Unfortunately, these shoes are not up to the usual Keen support, comfort and perfect fit. I have a pair of Keen presidio shoes that are most comfortable, sturdy, long lasting shoes I've ever had. These Lorelai don't even compare as far as quality. They are flimsy, offer no arch support whatsoever, and feel like a plastic shoe on my foot. I just assumed all Keens were pretty much made the same. Big disappoinment.
