These are great right out of the box! I am a long distance hiker doing 50 plus miles a week as well as major through hikes. Never a sore foot or a blister! I love them!

Definitely the most comfortable and well built boots Ive found. Great in wet grass and mud. I have had my pair for over a year and they are still in great shape. Please dont discontinue this boot.

These make great work boots for tradesmen who don't have a steel toe requirement. I work in HVAC and wear these boots inside and outside 10 hours a day 5 days a week. They typically last me 1.5 years a pair, with the soles wearing out first. I am on my 4th pair and will continue to buy them for their accurate fit and durability.

Great Boot, but does not last. Both boots are coming apart near to toe area and no longer waterproof. I've had the boots less than two years and the boots are only used in colder weather fall to spring. They fit great - show limited wear (overall), but leak badly.
I like the comfort, support and performance. I ordered new (again) to see if these will last more than a year / or two. - Giving these one last try.

I have nothing but good stuff to say about these boots. Most boots last me 1-2 years and these boots lasted me 4. I use them during the winter and wet days. I do a day hike about every other week. Just about the only thing I avoid using them on is a really hot day. They are quite warm for non-insulated boots.
I think if put in any effort in taking care of the leather and not used moisturizer on my feet, they would last me a couple of more years.
I will be getting the mesh version EVO when it finally come time to dispose of my current pair, they are on their last leg.

These boots performed great on rugged Isle Royale NP. Built tough and sturdy. I recommend! Bought a half size bigger and they fit perfect with thicker wool socks.

I had a pair of keen boots(this same model) for the last 3 or so years. They were my favorite boots. So when it was time to get new hiking boots I wanted to buy the same ones I had. To my surprise they were still selling the same model. I purchased theses and now, I have had these hiking boots less than a month. There is already a tear by the lace loop. I expect more for the cost.

The seems on one area of my Men's Durand II boots started unraveling after about six months of use. After going through the warranty process, Keen sent me a new pair in less than two weeks.
Plus, the boots are awesome.

This is my third pair of Keen boots. I wore the others out, took quite awhile. Very well made and comfortable out of the box. My wife is on her second pair. My son is also on his third. Nice to find something American made with this level of quality.

Against "conventional wisdom" I wore these boots to work (I'm on my feet, walking on concrete floors the entire shift) with about a day of break-in. Totally comfortable the entire time. Very comfortable! Thanks!

Used for Upland pheasant hunt worked great they run about a half size small and the laces could be a little bit longer. Order half size larger and use longer laces and u will have a great boot very comfortable and great support and great quality. Highly recommend

Like many people with "Duck Feat" I struggle to find shoes, especially hikers, that fit. This is my third pair of Keens and I think you got it right! The length is perfect and I think this toe box will finally not blow out.

I'm on my second pair of this style, other than the break in period it is a marvelous fit, it is like walking on clouds IMO. Here's why I gave it 4 stars this time shoe laces seem to be a little short this time, it doesn't allows you to give it good grip to tighten the lace or to double nut it. Hopefully this is temporary oversight.

So far the boot is working well I just really wish you made at least some of your boots in extra wide. Something equivalent to at least a 4E. Love the shoes but havent been able to wear some models. Others have made a trip to shoe repair man to be stretched. I know your shoes run wide to begin with but a wider option would be great even if it was special order.

When you find something that works, standsup to construction wear and tear last a full year as my everyday boot and often dress wear since I love them so much. They look great - wear great so when I'm ready for more tread as the winter comes on I buy my next pare that generally last me a whole year five stars in my book*****

This is my second pair of these extremely functional, comfortable shoes. I am particularly pleased with the quality of the leather on these American Made hiking boots. They stay looking nice a long time, looking fine to wear in casual semi dress occasions. Best Keens Ive ever wore, and I have hiked a LOT of miles in Keens!

Good looking and heavy duty boot. Appreciate the rear ankle cutout for increased movement. They run half size small. Wear 10.5W in all Keens, but had to return and purchase 11W in this boot. I do however have issues with the boot tongue as the left side was not factory creased correctly on either boot. This causes severe rubbing on the top of my right foot no matter how loose I leave the laces. I assume, over time, wear will correct this but disappointed there are not all day comfortable right out of the box. To expensive, to good of a company for silly issue like this. Still a loyal customer, but expect better next time!

I was searching for a hiking boot to replace my Timberlands, which in my opinion have declined markedly in quality. I also wanted a USA-made product, if possible. Thus far I am totally impressed with the Durand II boot, as it is well-made, provides superb support, and after the break-in period are truly comfortable. Time will tell if they hold up well. I generally take a 10 but had to go to a 10.5, as they run a little small in the toe area. On my foot, the 10.5 fits like a 10. My only suggestion is that the laces be longer, as they are pretty short.
