I purchased my first pair of this boots on sale late last year. Within 30 days the stitching on the rear of the boot came apart. I returned them asking for an exchange. Keen refunded them instead. Thinking it must have been a fluke I bought another pair at full price early this year. In under 3 months the sole pealed on one of those. Strike two. Keen gave a warranty in the form of a time limited credit towards another purchase. Meanwhile the price of the Durand had gone up $20. I tried a couple of other style boots that did not fit. Eventually I tried another pair of now more expensive Durand 2s. Those did not fit well (too narrow), the insole was wrinkled and folded in one boot, and the tongue was off center so it always shifted to one side when I laced them up. I returned those asking for a refund, but got the same credit, now soon to expire. Strike three. Needless to say I am not happy with Keen or its products. I got about 3-4 months on a $200 purchase.

It's so hard to find shoes for my wide feet and I care a lot about having a nice toe box as well. Comfortable shoes for the trail!

I've owned several pairs of Durand line specifically because they were at least assembled in American. Thorogood offers a great line up of American made as well that I buy when Keen changes lineups and makes more outside of the USA.

Keep making the Durand ll Ive had eight pairs.

I wear Red Wing work boots size 12 normal/D so that is the size I ordered in the Keen, but as most know not all shoes/boots are cut the same. The difference between a Red Wing 12 and Keen 12 is dramatic the Keen being much smaller to the point of unwearable.

I have owned several pair of these boots and always pleased with the fit and stability. This pair does not have a pull tab on the back which I prefer but they are easy to slip on. Time will tell if the seams around the toe area split like my previous boots.

Having the correct size helps! I purchased a pair previously and ordered my normal size, but they hurt my feet! This time I ordered a wide and it made all the difference! Love my Keens!

This was my 3rd or 4th pair, the only footwear I wear!!! U.S. made!!!! Great fit and very comfortable!!!

The best investment I ever made over 15 years ago for my feet is with Keen. I never consider anything or anyone else!

I've been a steep mountain hiker for 45 years now. I have hiked many peaks that are 13,000 to over 14,000 feet above sea level. Now I live in a wetter climate in the Appalachian Mountains. So these Durand II are perfect because they are light weight, give arch and ankle support and are waterproof. I am a woman and have a very wide foot. I no longer can fit into a woman's wide which is a D width. I'm so thankful for Keen's men's Durand II size 7 wide hiking boot. Thank you Keen!

Very comfortable. Since the site said they run small, I ordered the next size up. Glad I did. My old pair. of the same model cramped my toes. These dont so my feet love them.

Seam ripped after 10 times of wearing these boots

This is my second pair of Durands. I hunt on foot with a bird dog and put on a lot of miles. The Durand really supports my ankle, which is vital as I have a partially torn achilles tendon. I believe the support in this boot prevented me from having surgery. The first pair I bought was an 11 wide, this boot purchase I went with 11.5 wide to give me a little more toe room. The boot seems to fit a bit narrow and short for its size so err on the larger side of what you normally wear.

Husband has worn these boots for the past 15 years. He wont wear anything but Keens.

Tried 3 pair in 6 weeks. All had issues. These had been my favorite boot for years. Very disappointed

Love these boots . Well made really comfortable.

Had to spend an extra 70 plus dollars to get these because I had to buy them from your site. Even though they are half price on most sites. I used a coupon because my last boots failed

I like these boots, However I need to return them and get a half size (?) up. Comfort and durability are yet to be determined. Handsome boots though.

I bought these boots a couple years ago and but I haven't had a lot of time to wear them due to surgery. I've since wore them several times and I agree with others they are very narrow even though I ordered wide. I also found out this morning as I walked through wet grass they are not waterproof at all. Both boots leaked but one much more than the other. I've lost confidence in Keen's boots since given the price I expected better.

I work in forestry as a forester. This role involves a lot of walking. I am planning to buy some corked boot but I will continue to buy these about every two years because they fit my feet and provide the right amount of support. My wife is a PT and she supports me buying these boots as hiker

First off I love they are made in the USA. This is my 3rd pair of your Durand boots. I wear them just about every day to work and work around my acreage. Lets just say they get used! I average about 2 years each and wear them till the soles are down to nothing so they are a good bargain to boot. No pun intended. Lol
