I usually wear women size 5 shoes, and these big kids size 4 fit perfectly! They do not hurt or rub against any part of my feet and feel very comfortable. With it's roomier toe box, there's enough room for all of my toes to wiggle comfortably.

I had to size up, but once you do, they fit perfectly. Beautiful and bright, they are comfy. My only complaint would be that they came poorly packed.
