Slightly hard to lace along with the strap. Provides great stability and comfort. Purchased to support my ankle during recovery from a major injury, highly recommend. Great customer service and exchange process.

Ever since I started wearing these shoes my balance for weight training have been even better.

It's exactly like I was imagine it.. I really like the color and the delivery service was very good too! The first one doesn't fit me well so they send me an other one for free and that very fast!!

These lifting shoes do come up half a size smaller - they are very comfortable and easy to wear with fab support

Comfy. Look GOOD. Feel Good. But wish I had ignored all the reviews saying to go slightly bigger! Wasn't needed.

The additional stability and increase in ankle mobility for heavy squats is fantastic. Went a half size up compared to my normal Adidas size and the fit was perfect. Takes a few days to break in as I found the heel rubs a bit also if wearing shorter socks.

Exactly what I was looking for a well rounded wieght lifting shoe

Stylish, comfy, robust and promote correct form. These are a great addition to any one who takes the gym seriously.

These are perfect for people who train , the are very very fitted . I'm usually an 8 but got an 8.5 after reading the reviews . Please don't be scared doing this if I'd of ordered and 8 they would have been way to small . They are extremely well fitted to the foot and stop and sort or rolling of the ankles or arches during training . I wish I'd of bought these alot sooner

The colour is bright and exactly like the picture. They are a little too big but I wear them with an insole so they're perfect now. Excellent product for an excellent price.

It gives me really good stability when I lift and keeps me safe.

I had the 3.1's before and they were pretty worn after a few years use. The new design seemed like the obvious replacment. They are very similar and are just if not more comfortable. The quality also seems better and the materials used seem thicker. If your current shoes dont need replacing then i wouldnt say these are worth it but if you are buying a pair of squat shoes for the first time they are a great buy.

Perfect shoe and design. Quality materials. Size up as sizing is small

Sole is rubber (I think), doesn't feel like it compresses with heavy loads. Tested with 140kg squat (bodyweight is 105kg) and 180kg deadlift, no problems with sole compression at all. Only thing is that they are a little bit narrow for me (I have a wide foot) but as I only wear these for training, it doesn't bother me too much.

Decent squatting shoe, the heel is a bit low for weightlifting if you have bad ankle mobility.

Bought for my son. He said they are a great introductory shoe for weightlifting. True to size.
