I am 5'9" tall, wear a 4 in pants, but my shoulders are broad and limbs long. I am small chested as well. Typically I wear a 6-8 in jackets because I do not like feeling constricted. The Medium in this coat fit me to a T. Love the coat. However, I am returning it even though it is a WARM and very very well made item. The fur around the hood is sheep. It feels any number of artificial fur one gets on an inexpensive coat - not one that costs $1,000 after taxes! My disappointment is huge. Other than that, and wishing Zappos carried the fox fur one, I have to go to a competitor to obtain it. If you're purchasing this coat, just keep that in mind. The sheep is not soft, very rough-textured as a sheep would be. Fabulous coat otherwise. Thank you Zappos for your awesome return policy. I always go to you first!
