Great shoe- FYI to the prior reviewer = the W stands for Women’s not Wide

These are nice shoes. They’re a half size small but then aren’t most running shoes? I ended up exchanging them for a 9 from an 8.5. I usually get the Altra Torin shoes but they wore out in the back on the inside and gave me a horrible blister. They weren’t so old either. So, I saw this, looked up the reviews and decided to give them a try. So far so good! They’re pretty stable and neutral so they work in that regard. I’ve only used them once. There isn’t a whole lot of arch support, but then, I have high arches so I’ll probably put arch supports in them.

My runs are on the treadmill. In the past I’ve worn ASICS and brooks. However my last pair of brooks had to much give in the upper and I never felt like I had the stability. The On Swift fits true to size but provides me with a snug and supportive fit. The comfort is amazing! My run felt so much different- I assume it is the design of On’s sole. It felt like the impact of my shoe/foot on the treadmill was minimized. I’m at the gym 4-5 days a week and am 48

Loved the shoes and fit is perfect. I returned it as I wear heel cups for bone spur and the shoe is too shallow in back with heel cups in place. Sad to return it, but I will keep shopping at Zappos due to your excellent customer service. Thank you.

I like the shoe. I don't like that it arrived dirty and worn. See photos. I am returning this pair and hoping that the next pair will be a NEW pair. Looks as if no one even opened the box when it was returned to you.

Loved the look but felt more snug than typical for this brand. Got a different shoe, same brand, same size which fit much better.

The inside sleeve wasnt wide enough for my high instep despite being a 'wide".the style was very good looking but just not for me!

I have had ON cloud sneakers for a few years & they are a good fit for me as I have a long narrow foot with hammer toes .. i size up a size & these have.a Comfort cushion & room for toes to wiggle .. you can wear with or without socks . I am able to slide my foot in perfectly as they have a faux shoestrings to tighten a bit more for my narrow foot

Nice but too narrow

Love the support and bounce these shoes give. It is precisely what I've been seeking. I've bought 6 or 7 pairs of shoes (different brands and models) in the last few months since Asics stop selling the model I preferred. These really feel good. I did have to go up a 1/2 size. I wear 8 1/2 consistently in workout shoes. The recommended size for me was 8 1/2 but those were just too small. Going up to a 9 means that I have extra room at the toes, but that is better. I do treadmill runs (3 miles or less), elliptical, bike, and HiiT. Love these shoes so far.

Run small, order at least 1/2 size up! I am not sure how I feel about the fixed tongue yet. I do like the fact that I can tie my bow and slip them on and off but the fixed tongue makes it harder to get the shoe on with socks. Other than that, they are well made and very cushy and comfy!

IT'S A GOOD LOOKING SHOE, BUT DEFINITELY RUNS SMALL. I WEAR 8.5 AND HAD TO BUY THEM TWICE TO GET THE PROPER FIT. ENDED UP WITH SIZE 9.5. TOE BOX IS A LITTLE NARROW BUT OTHERWISE VERY COMFORTABLE.

These run very narrow and a bit small. The “cushion” is much stiffer than I anticipated and definitely does not deliver on the cloud promise. This is a very well-made shoe and should hold up for a little time. This is more supportive with nice guidance forward in your stride than comfort.

I ordered my usual size these were too snug with socks.

They were shipped without the elastic laces for which On is known, someone had already put in the other laces and the elastic ones were gone, so I am returning the shoes.

True to size, but toe box a little shallow for my taste and I just did not like the feel of the soles. Well made. Love the color and style. Felt hard and "ridgy" under my feet. Thanks Zappos for the simple returns!

I really liked these and in the beginning the soles provided a lot of stability (you could hardly bend them). Since wearing them the past few months I have noticed that the soles breakdown and are no longer as stable as the used to be (causing me more pain in my big toe joint). I just wish some company would make a more appealing looking stable shoe/sneaker (Hoka has great ones but they look orthopedic and on the ugly side!)

I ordered these to try since the brooks I usually wear got bad reviews on the new version. I liked everything about them except they were tight on my toe area; so I'm returning. I have the start of a bunion on one foot and it irritated it, plus it accentuated the bunion look on the outside.

The sizing was way off for these! Super narrow and short. I compared the soles to my old ON Cloudflow and they were shorter!

Unfortunately these were not for me. After hearing rave reviews from multiple people and even the zappos reviews, they just weren't for my feet. I found the foot bed to be rough and not soft or cushiony at all like I expected. The material around did not hug the foot nicely either. One positive was the W was a true wide width, no discomfort there. Willing to try another style, but will probably wait until I see them in the store and get the chance to try them.

Very cute but extremely tight over the top of the foot. The tongue is sewed in on all sides so there’s no way of adjusting to let it feel looser. And no, I don’t need a bigger size because there is enough toe box room. I will probably only wear these when I know I won’t be on my feet for long.

If you need wide shoes, look elsewhere. Even in a wide, which this company only makes in a few styles, these shoes felt tight/narrow to me. Stiff shoes as well. For the price, I expected them to be way more comfortable. Very stylish shoe though I will admit, I'm sad to be returning them.
