I love the feel of this shoe, but the sole wore out in just 2 months, less than 300 miles of walking on sidewalks. I expect longer wear from a shoe this expensive.

I wanted to love these. But they weren’t white…more off white.

Should have read reviews before buying. Shoe was too narrow and not comfortable. The shoes are su cute I love them but comfort out weighs looks for me. Sent them back.

Love the shoes but the overall fit is too tight. I almost feel like I need a wide width in them. Will be returning only bc they feel to narrow.

I tried this shoe out after great recommendations from friends. This shoe runs very narrow through the toe box. My foot went numb when running in them. If you have narrow feet this is the shoe for you. I usually run in Brooks Adrenaline and will return to them.

I needed arch support and the cloudswift was what was recommended. I wore for 4 hour shift at work and my feet were hurting. I have had several people at work recommend this brand and maybe they’re great but this style is not comfortable, this is more than I normally spend on shoes, I was really hoping this would be a great shoe.

One mile into my run I had to stop, this shoe was way too small and hurt my toes. I read reviews and sized up to an 8, I’m normally a 7 or 7.5. I never dreamed of needing an 8.5 in anything. Cushion is good in this shoe, just entirely too small.

Loved these shoes so much, in most shoes I wear a 9, sometimes in athletic shoes a 9 1/2. I ordered a 9 1/2 and they were too short in the toe area, so I ordered a 10 and same problem. Returning both pair, I’m so bummed!

I ordered one half size larger and the wide width and could not get my foot in the shoe.

I have special needs feet and wear orthotic braces. I love the concept of the sole on this shoe. It was supportive yet cushy. They just did not work for me. The tongue is part of the shoe and did not allow room for my braces to get in well.the toe box is more narrow than is comfortable for me.

I normally wear a 9 1/2. Ordered a 10 and it was still way too small. Have heard good things about this shoe, but size is too small.

I wanted to like these, but my old Hoka One One's feel much kinder to my feet. Full disclosure...I'm not a runner, just a walker. But these don't have the cush I wanted. They're going back...I'll stick with my Hoka's.

I wanted to love these shoes since i was looking for something stylish, but unfortunately they are way too uncomfortable. I am a nurse and work 12+ hours on my feet. I needed something with cushion that felt secure on my feet. I really need something with a good heel cushion - these were so uncomfortable to me and made my feet hurt all over. I have relatively flat feet and am typically a 8.5-9, I ordered a 9.5 based on reviews (The 9.5 fits great if you are a in between like me and are wondering what size to order). The top of the shoe was too uncomfortable and it was not the comfort i was looking for, the ankle is also a weird fit if you have thin ankles - i felt like my heel was slipping out and they didn't feel secure. Loved the look but not for me for 12+ hours - ordered brooks ghost 14 to see if those will be a better fit!

I HAVE BEEN HAVING A LOT OF ISSUES WITH MY FEET. TRYING TO FIND A COMFORTABLE TENNIS SHOE HAS BEEN DIFFICULT. THESE TO ME ARE LIKE WALKING ON A FIRM MATTRESS....VERY STIFF AND NOT COMFORTABLE ;(

I plan to exchange for a 1/2 size larger. This is my 4th pair of On shoes and I have always been an 8. These are just a little too snug.

I ordered a bunch of OnCloud shoes to try - I put these one for about 2 minutes and instantly hated them. I don't have a more formal review than that.

Even when I sized up a half size, the wide was still too narrow for me.

Ordered W and they were not at all wide. The style was super cute but the sizing seems way off. Probably not a good option for wide feet people.

I love the ON brand. I own the ON Cloud, Terry and 5. I bought the swift for treadmill boot camps. The style was stellar and the support for the ankles was great. The only negative factor was that the shoe was a bit too narrow in the toe box. Sad to say, I returned them.

For a running shoe it felt 1/2 size too small for me.

Not very comfortable. I had to go up a 1/2 size. I like the Hoka shoes much better.

Despite being light, these shoes felt clunkier than other On shoes. They are quite narrow.

I have had on clouds before and thought they fit very true to size. I ordered an 8 like I had previously and they were to tight in the heel. So I exchanged them for an 8.5 and then they were to loose in the heel. I can tell they would be a great shoe, the sizing is just off for me!

I went up a half size as per the suggestion and the shoe was still too small. If I reorder, I'd have to go up a full size. I ordered the Glacier/White version. The rubber sole looks white, but actually arrived as a faint purple/lavender color.
