The shoe was just OK. I have two pair of cloud five and I absolutely love them. I think I’m gonna go back to that style

These were not as comfortable as described.

This was my third pair of this style of shoe. Ordered the same size as my last two pair were, but these were too short. I will be returning them.

I usually wear a 7.5. I ordered a 8. I couldn’t get them on. I’m nit sure if it’s the fact the tongue is stationary. But I couldn’t get my foot in. I have a narrow foot.

The sock construction of this shoe makes it hard to get on and it definitely runs small. Not good for high volume feet! I was able to find a different pair of sneakers from this same brand that fit well in the same size, so this particular model is not good for wide or high volume feet, even in the wide size.

I did not get to wear the shoes because they were at least a half size too small. But they felt very stiff on my foot. I did not order a new size in this model or brand.

first of all, Zappos got it wrong offering M or W width. Unfortunately this style meant Men or Women. But Zappos website auto selects it as width. So they would not even open wide enough to get my foot into!! Very disappointed in the description not showing or explaining this and that it wasn’t a true tongue shoe. Big money for little offering. Returned and will from now on order direct from the product supplier.

Shoes are well constructed other than having a shallow heel cup. These shoes rubbed on my heel terribly. Ordered my true size… should have ordered 1/2 size up.

They were ok. Just did not like enough for the price. Expected more comfort

I really wanted to love these, everyone else raved about how comfy OCs were, but they just weren’t. They felt stiff with very little cushion. They fit fine, I wear a 9 in shoes, but always size up a 1/2 size in sneakers, which I did in the case and they fit as expected. They just weren’t comfortable at all.

I wanted to love these but... Very uncomfortable in the arch which felt unnaturally high. Loved the style but... between the high arch and my heel feeling feeling like it could slip out, they needed to go back.

I really wanted to love these. Nearly all of my coworkers recommended them. Sadly, they just didn't do it for me. I got my regular size, a 10.5W, but they were unfortunately too small. You definitely need to size up at least a half size, if not a whole size. They weren't as wide as a wide should be either. It was more of a men's v. women's shoe.

Not as comfortable or cute as the Cloud 5. Felt a little big.

I ususally wear a 9.5. Got a 10 still too tight. I don't run wide. Super cute...I wish they would work

These sneakers run VERY narrow. I normally wear size 9 (these were) but these were way too tight in width and an inch too long. PLUS... the color on the bottom was pale pink?! I thought I was buying white sneakers. So disappointed that they didn't work out 'cuz they're great looking sneakers. Going back.

The shoe itself is really cute and I loved how the sole felt when I walked. I bought a 1/2 size up (9) and the length was fine but the toe box is very shallow and my big toe was squashed and protruding through the fabric at the top. Just wearing them for 10 minutes in the house made my toe nail hurt so sadly I will be returning these.

Definitely not for "Wide" feet, may be ever so slightly wider than regular, but my wide foot couldn't even get in the shoe. Unfortunately these are going back.

No way are these wides. Put them on and they were so tight across the toes. Even unlaced them almost all the way and still hurt.

I normally wear a 7.5-8M. Ordered these in an 8M...was mistakenly sent an 8W. I can't imagine how the M would have felt because the W was still awfully narrow and squeezed my toes to the point they were tingling. Love the look and color (alloy) so I'm going to order a half-size larger and hope this does the trick.

I’m still trying to decide if I’m comfortable in these shoes. I had to loosen up the ties a lot to relieve some pressure. Hopefully the shoe will start to feel comfortable.

I love the support of On Cloud, but this style hurts my feet across the top. I tried a 1/2 size too big and it is just painful.

This pair was comfortable. But I didn’t like the color. Not white but a little off white. They went back.
