The shoe fits nicely and looks good. It is more stiff than my Cloudflow shoe but still comfortable. Good for running on hard surfaces.

Love this shoe-comfy shoe for walking and I have high arches. usually wear a 7.5-8, bought the 8 and they fit perfectly. BUT…it’s been 1 year since I bought them and the soles are worn out. There is minimal tread left. I do not wear these that often. Never had that happen with my other pair. Very disappointed!!!

After seeing several coworkers purchase these and wear them in the theme park setting I finally decided to get a pair. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my feet! I work 14 hour days and I spend most of my time walking over 20,000 steps a day. I’ve noticed I feel better at the end of my days. My feet don’t hurt, and I’m less fatigued! It’s a great feeling!

I tried three different versions of the Cloud--Cloud X, CloudSwift and Cloudflyer. I will use these shoes primarily for indoor HIIT training. The Cloud X's offered very little cushioning and an uncomfortable ankle profile. I went back and forth between Cloudswift and Cloudflyer. Ultimately, I think Cloudswift is a better match for what I need. Cloudflyer is definitely more cushy but not by much. I won't use them for long runs. I still trust my Asic Gel Nimbus shoes for that.

I sized up 1/2 size & they fit perfect. Very supportive shoe. I wish this style shoe (it’s a little wider than other On Clouds) came with a different color sole other than white. The soles also pick up rocks, which can be annoying. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I have not bought sneakers from Zappos before this purchase. I liked the color. Note though that for this model, the shoe tongue is a continuous piece with the rest of the shoes, that made it hard and rigid to try and put your feet in, and even if you do, there might not be room for socks. I further order up yet another half size. Hope it works. I have not worn it outside yet.

My feet are very narrow and the plastic adjuster part around the toes broke within a month of wear.

Still unsure how I feel about these! I got them about a week ago and I’ve worked out in them probably 5 times now. They definitely take a little getting used to. They’re not quite as comfortable as I was expecting them to be but they’ve broken in more. Definitely more narrow than I was expecting and a little on the smaller side. The glacier white does get dirty extremely easily. No show socks are a must with these.

Overall a great shoe. Deep grooves in soles collect rocks that have to be plucked out.

Overall very comfortable. Had these for about 11 months. Bought them around May during the pandemic. So not real heavy use may be a 3 times a month to Rob short eraBd. But after 11 months I notice my soles are bar and smooth. I don’t even see this in my running shoes after a year of heavy running. Has anyone have the same experience?

This shoe has an attached tongue which makes it difficult to get the shoe on. Once it was on the shoe shifts the way you are standing (maybe better?) to push you back on your heels. The difficulty getting my foot into the shoe caused me to return it.

This was my first pair of Cloudswifts after 10 or more pairs of Clouds. I walk 6 or so miles per day (on paved flat surface) and tend to replace my sneakers every 3 months, and keep the prior pair as back up. While the soles of the Clouds typically show signs of wear after three months, after just two months the heels of the Cloudswifts were completely disintegrated, rendering them uncomfortable and unwearable. When I reached out to On expressing my dissatisfaction and inquiring about their "one year warranty", I was told that they could not identify a manufacturing or factory defect, and that wear and tear is normal. So sad to be so done with this company, but two months for a pair of $150 sneakers is outrageous (especially as I am hardly training for a marathon). Just tried Hoka for the first time and am truly impressed....

Y’all are advertising these as wide and they are not. ON clearly marks there two women’s wide inside with a W(d) on the side of the inside. Not on the tongue where it says W9 which is women’s size 9 NOT WIDE. According to their website these do not come in a wide

This is my first purchase of this brand - On - and I am pleasantly surprised. They're very comfortable walking in them. I don't recommend them for running as I think they need more support, and I doubt they would hold up to the rigors of pounding them on the pavement. I also doubt I'll get more than a summer/fall worth of walking in these because the sole doesn't look that durable, but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. As sneakers go, they aren't expensive so this may turn out to be a case of you get what you pay for. I'm going to be positive that I have a new favorite brand. I walk about 3.5 mi 5 days a week. The fit is true to my size of 7.5. Note that I haven't only worn these a couple of weeks.

I bought these for my granddaughter who normally wears size 8. After reading reviews, I ordered her 81/2. Im glad I did. They are a perfect fit. This is a beautiful shoe. Pretty blue.

I think I have flat feet because I could really feel the arch support. They shoes are light weight and I feel the arch support a lot. Everyone says how comfortable these shoes are and they are nice to wear but they actually tend to make my arches sore after a long day. Still glad I got them.

I love the fit and style of these! Mine were true to size. I had to try them on multiple times because they felt a little different in the soles than any of my other shoes, but I desperately wanted to like them because I loved how they looked. GOOD NEWS!! I’m so glad I tried them on again because they felt so much better when my feet weren’t already tired at the end of a long workday. I walked around inside my house some, too, and no issues! I was so relieved that they lived up to the hype for me. I immediately started wearing them outside of the house after that! I recommend giving them a chance if they feel different at first. I made the mistake of trying them on at night with achy feet the first 2-3 times. I definitely notice the lightness of them and the added spring in my step due to their design.

My feet are narrow in the heels, with high arches and wide toe boxes and these shoes are just about the best fitting out of the box as I've ever had. This is the reason I keep buying Ons, over and over again!

These sneakers hug your feet, provide excellent arch support, are great for extended walking or running.
