The indicated size was the same as a previous order on Zappos; but it seems a little small and digs in at the top of the heel. One shoe broke the skin on the first wearing, and I'm waiting for it to heal before proceeding again with a "break-in" attempt. I'm going to put moleskin patches on the problem areas.

Attractive shoe, fit is good except for the width. You don't sell a narrow, so I have to make do with a medium. Tell manufacturers that there are those of us who need a narrow shoe and living with medium width not always the greatest. Somewhat offset by fact that it is a tie shoe. I wear custom inserts, so your arch support is not a factor.

Normally wear a 11.5 wide. I ordered a 12 wide and could not get my foot in the shoe. These oversea shoes are not American size. Really disappointed.

Bought these for my husband to wear to work in the summer. They only lasted 3 months. The sole wore completely through— terrible quality.

I looked at other reviews to see if this was a problem in general for this shoe but maybe I got a bad one. I purchased these for my son to take to college. He wore them for a week and a half and the sole started separating from the top of the shoes. He asked me to send him new shoes. Less than two weeks of use from this pair. Not what I was hoping for.

The box indicated W but the shoe inside the box was a M width....very disappointed,
