I bike commute to work and was looking for a boot that would keep my toes warm in the headwinds but that I could also wear to work. These are great. The style is cute enough that I wore them with a dress and tights all day today in my business casual office. They also look great with jeans. They are warm and held off the wind during my ride but not so warm I couldn't wear them inside all day. I like that they are a bit warmer than a regular boot but not clunky like snow boots. The fit is true to size, perhaps just a share on the large and wide side. I am normally a 9.5 and have a narrow foot. This feels a little loose in the heel and ankle but not surprising for a chelsea style boot and nothing that gets in the way of wearing them. A great all around stylish cold weather boot.

I bought the black at a high end boutique store and love them so much I just bought the brown. Super comfortable, light weight (many boots are clunky and heavy), not stiff and good looking. No blisters! Love!

These were nice boots; very sturdy & well made. Leather was a bit stiff and much easier to get on than Blundstones. I'm a 6.5 or 7, and the 6.5 felt a little tight, but would probably break-in. The only thing that I didn't like was the very light color of the wood on the heels and they were heavy. I want them for traveling, so they will add a few pounds if I pack them and not the easiest to get on & off if I wear them. Unfortunately, I have to send them back.

I purchased a size 7 in the Kodiak Alma Boot in brown and it fits really comfortably. The heels were natural wood so I had them darkened by my local shoe repair person and they look stellar now.

This is my second pair of the Kodiak Alma boots in black, and I feel that the new pair runs a little smaller than the first. They are difficult to get on and off because the ankle elastic is really snug, and I don’t recall having that issue with my original pair. I can’t provide feedback on my new pair yet to see how it will hold up, but my first pair has held up very well and has remained waterproof for at least two years. Super cute, goes with anything. I recommend!

These boots are so comfortable! I wore them for a week walking around London and my feet were so happy the entire time. I’ll admit I don’t love the wood section of the heel and might dye it before this fall, but I 10/10 recommend these boots!

This is my second pair, and they will definitely seem too tight at first, but break in is fast. After that they are so comfortable and solid. I wear them in the snow and rain and absolutely love them.

These are my go-to boots all winter--so great that I should probably buy a second pair in case they're discontinued or the style changes. I need a wider toe box and good arch support and Alma provides that in a waterproof, sturdy but comfortable, attractive style. They've held up two seasons so far. I can wear them all day, even hike in them, and my feet aren't fatigued. I do wish the wood heel wasn't so light and easily scuffed, although the scuffed up look adds to their character.

Beautiful, great fitting boot. Just thought the color was going to be more tan, less orange, so returning.

I got the barley color and it's not quite the same as it looks online. I thought it would be a warmer, whiskey-type color as pictured, but it's browner and duller in real life. They are also quite tight (and I have narrowish feet) but a large size would be too long. Hopefully they will stretch with wear, but I still haven't decided if I should keep them because of the color.

I wanted to love these but the toe was rounder than I expected and the color was a bit brighter than shown. They were more rugged than I wanted but a good option for someone looking for rugged Chelsea boots.

These boots are super comfy (I have narrow, flat feet) but they ran pretty long. I am typically a size 9 and will be reordering for an 8.5 to see if they work better. The ankle opening is on the small side, which is great for me because I have tiny ankles.

The shaft was stiff and hurt my shin just taking several steps. Needed to return.

A size 41 in these were more like a U.S. 9 than 11. Couldn't even get my (narrow) foot in.

Ok, but the top was uncomfortable left red marks.

The fabric around the ankle seemed rather large and irrated the skin when I walked.
