Awful and hard plastic, hate it. I have the original version in the same size 10 and these a massively huge and they are so uncomfortable. The original version is so much softer, plush and feels so much nicer. Hoka PLEASE bring back the original - not this cheap hard plastic.

Although I ordered Wide width, they rubbed against my little toe and I was unable to wear. Need to return.

I had high expectations but was very disappointed. I will be taking these back to the store. I have arthritis and limited range in one of my big toes and HOKA's allow me to exercise without pain. I was hoping I could have the same pain free experience around the house with the ORA recovery slide. I wear an 8W in a Clifton but had to go to a 7 in the slide. As did many other customers I found these run too large and wide. With socks I thought I would be able to successfully wear them. When I wore them around the house for a while the fit was markedly different in the right and left shoe. Taking a closer look the right and left are not made the same. The left footbed is about 1/8-1/4 inch lower than the right and the top band is wider making the left fit even looser than being too wide to start with. Both shoes are marked W7 so this appears to be poor manufacturing. I use a CAD design program and it's pretty easy to create a mirror image, so there should be no excuse for this issue. Many reviews mention the previous version fit much better and it should be brought back. I would agree. This shoe rates 4 1/2 stars which had a lot to do with my purchase. If the reviews include the previous version of the slide those reviews should removed.

I own a pair of Hoka sneakers that are very comfortable. I spent $155 approx over them. I have sciatica so I bought the shoes. I went on to get the Hoka slippers expecting them to be just as comfy as the shoes. Unfortunately they were were VERY STIFF and uncomfortable. I just returned them.

The sizes to pick from are only whole numbers, no half sizes. I was urged by the website to buy the next size up, that was a mistake.

I had to give them to my wife because they were waaaay too narrow. Why they make them so narrow that a regular size 9 wouldn't fit makes no sense.

Sandal was too wide and appeared large. I wear a normal width and 7.5 size. I could keep the sandal on my foot. so disappointed!

I was so hoping these would be comfortable so I could use them as home slippers. Sadly, they were a bit on the narrow side and they plastic did not allow for sock to glide in them nicely. Summer they wouldn’t be a problem, but with the colder month approaching this was a no go. I’ll keep looking.

These slides are too tall from the foot bed to the top of the shoe. Had the same problem with flip flops that were given to me as a gift. Shame cause living in TX my feet get hot in the summertime.

not sure if i will trust the size of the recovery slides anymore. The older pairs were not as roomy as this pair, same size and design.

Ive had two pairs of recovery slides and wore them out! I have high arches and the slides feel great. New pair not so great. They feel lighter than my former pairs. They gave me a blister … never happened with my prior pairs. I’m emailing Zappos to see what’s up.

This product gave me blisters on the top side of my foot. I ordered half size bigger than my shoe size which seemed to fit. Great idea just didn't work for me.

This is a very sturdy and easy to slip on and off shoe. However, I assumed the cushion would be as plush as my Bondi 7s, but I was wrong. The footbed/stability is good for my over pronating feet but it is so hard that I had pain after a few hours of wear. The raised edges around the toes also reinforces my toes to curl under, and the top of the shoe is too looseeven for my wide foot. I returned these, and I hope the next version has an improved fit and is actually plush.

I was looking for an open-toed shoe for wearing at home. I hike with Hoka TOAs and love the fit. I hike with poles as I have bilateral artificial joints and bilateral foot and leg neuropathy. As that affects my balance I would add Not Recommended for anyone with balance issues to the Recover These as the rocker heel is bad news! The rocker issue should be called out in the product specs. These would be great without the extra height and rocker action. Perhaps your product development could come up with a "Son of Recover" that provides stability.
