I am old and I don't buy anything that is not good. This is my 3rd or 4th pair of Gaviotas, so yes I like them. Now quit bothering me or I won't like them as well!!

My daughter who is a runner suggested I try this brand. I have been walking in the Gaviota 2 for about a month now and love the cushioning after using the Asics brand for the past few years. Besides the cushioning I love how wide the toe box is. The only thing I don't like is how long the laces are as I have to tie them about five times, which is a minor annoyance. Definitely will buy your brand again.

I use this for light jogging on roads and trails, and everyday activities. At first, I thought the soles were too wide, but I very much appreciate the additional stability. They breathe well.
I like the color scheme (I chose lead/anthracite), somehow to me it brings a little flair without being gaudy. It's probably trite, but I really like the laces that came with these.

My biggest thing with sneakers is arch support and these Gaviotas definitely have amazing arch support. Super comfy to wear during long shifts at the hospital. Would highly recommend and will absolutely purchase again!

Cushioning is just right. Outer soles seem more durable than my first pair of Hoka's.

Due to my plantar fasciitis my doctor recommended a solid stability rocker sneaker. This shoe exceeds all my expectations! The most comfortable shoe I ever owned!

I have two bad knees, so I'm always looking for comfortable shoes. While all my Hoka's are comfy, these are the most comfortable pair I own, which is important cause I wear tennis shoes nearly every day. Lots of room in the toe box & the stability is reassuring.

I bought this pair of mens for myself just trying to get another color since I have had multiple pairs in same color. Its very upsetting that for wide woman shoe , there are literally no bright girly colors like turquois blue with green ,pink to choose from. the options are dark blue which is not girly, black which can be bought in mens as a smaller size and the gray I do really like but I have had 3 pairs of those because no other color options. I am not the biggest fan of purple and thats literally the entire selection. Regular width has many more bright pretty colors which is very disappointing to me as a female that has purchased these for so many years. I love the shoe, made great and feels great but would be nice to have many options to choose like the regular width people do.

I workout in the gym daily and also walk outside when nice weather. These shoes have great support, hold up well for daily wear. I have not yet ever had any pair fall apart in anyway in the many years I have worn these. I have worn the sole to the point that you see the cushion inside of the shoe sole but the rest of shoe still looks new!! They are fantastic that way. One frustration is that I am female and I wear wide width, extraordinarily limited because there are only 1 pair of bright girly color to pick from so I have had to buy the same color exactly of shoes for the last 4 years more or less.and by that I mean for two years it was dark blue with the smallest amount of pink on them, definitely not even all female looking!! No idea why theres even black for girls because you can order a mens in black , smaller size to fit but otherwise, its the exact same shoe. Regular width woman sizes has many more options to choose from which I feel is discriminatory that way. I have had friends stop wearing hoka because of this one reason as well. Please get rid of the black and have bright turquoise blue with pink and green in its place please!!!And couple more color options as well would be appreciated!!Something that definitely looks like girl colors!!

I ordered two pairs of these shoes. One pair 8.5 wide and one pair 9 medium. I go back and forth with different brands plus I have a bunion on my left foot.
I sent the 9 back. I would say they absolutely run true to size. The 8.5 wide fit me perfectly and did not cause discomfort on my bunion.
Previously I wore New Balance 980 for its stability and roll bar technology. The Gaviota 2 offered even more stability. Though the outside sole of the shoe is very stiff, inside feels like you are walking on clouds.
I absolutely love how this shoe almost propels you forward, you want to keep walking. I feel comfortable and safe walking on pavement, dirt roads and in the woods without worrying about rolling an ankle or losing my balance.
I am already eyeing the Gaviota 3 due out in two weeks. One thing is for sure, I am a Hoka fan for life.

This is my 2nd pair of Hoka tennies and I'm convinced with this pair that I will only wear Hokas now. They get me through my long nursing shifts without pain. I'm a fan for life.

As an overpronater, I used to wear Brooks Adrenaline GTS shoes for running. They're quality shoes and I thought they got the job done. Until I purchased Hoka One One Gaviota 2s. These are on a totally different level! Lots of cushion that reduces impact. Heck of a shoe!

These are a balanced shoe that is comfortable from the first moment you put it on. It helps keep my feet stable and balanced out instead of my natural tendency to probate inward. I love them. This is my second pair.

I walk 2 to 3 miles per day and these shoes work great for me. I wore the first pair until I started wearing the tread down to where it was flat in places. I liked these shoes so much that I had to buy them again to replace the first pair!

I did a lot of research on Hoka shoes and then my doctor recommended them. Took a few days to break in and feel comfortable but after a tibial plateau fracture and surgery these shoes make me feel secure on my feet. Just started weight bearing and I feel stable as the base of the shoe keeps my foot from rolling or turning. The pain I have when barefoot disappears as soon as I walk in these shoes. Good investment.

I wear these for work. I've had plantar fasciitis in both feet but worse in the left. This has been for about a year now. These shoes, along with special insoles, are all I can wear to make it through a workday.

I have very flat feet, with a narrow heel, and these are the best. These are my second pair. I can wear these without orthotics without fatigue. But they also work great with orthotics. Great stability and comfort for overpronators. It has a chunky profile but I love the look in all black or white.
