My sister raves about these Shoes comfort so I had to try them. She was right! Mold to my foot and fit perfectly. In addition to the comfort the shoes look great too. I don't even wear socks when I wear them and they're sooo lightweight! Looking forward my second pair already!

I've run in Hoka's for a while now because if some heal issues I've been having. I was a little nervous when I got these shoes because they're extremely lightweight, and feel more like minimalist shoes. But I absolutely love them! Extremely responsive, lightweight, breathable, and fast I will definitely be getting another pair when these ones run their course.

So far it is has been short run tested, nothing over 10k. They have a minimalist feel but I really appreciate the toebox. Good spacing. Happy I got them.

I really like these "boots." They have a little more heal to toe drop than the Carbon Rockets which provides some additional cushion in the heal. I like the feel of the road on my forefoot and there's plenty of padding for the shorter runs in the range of 5 to 8 miles. They appear to be principally designed for road and track running as on the few occasions I've departed from the road I really felt it in my feet. I've put about 30 to 40 miles on them so far and at this point don't notice an unusual wear. My gut tells me they likely have about 300 miles in them. In short I find them to be quick, light, and responsive and I really enjoy them for up-tempo 5 mile runs.

Really like the fit and feel of this shoe. It's very light and simply disappears under my feet. I'm using it primarily on the track in training for a fast 5k. I'd probably use this for races up to 10miles ... maybe a half marathon. Upper could feel a little warm if used for a long run 2-3 hours or more. Not a big issue for me because I have the Clifton and Rincon for that.

I would say to go up 1/2" from normal size with these rehi's, as well as any "Running Shoes" for that matter. The Heel fits nice and snug also, so Your heel won't slip out as far as that goes with these racing flats!. The PROS: Light Weight, Fast, breathable, Comfort, and Build Quality is Excellent!!!. The CONS: Price Tag.

Just ran a half marathon on these shoes yesterday and they performed very well. It was a tough course, with long downhill and uphill segments, and I feel these shoes did a great job of protecting my 50 year old legs. I would not hesitation recommending these shoes.

The un-Hoka Hoka still has Hoka flaws. I like a responsive, non-built up shoe with minimal cushioning, lots of airiness, and as light as possible. In my opinion, the Evo Rehi only hits on one of those points: it is extremely light. It's still highly cushioned and I can't imagine wanting more cushioning in a shoe. The upper is absolutely not breathable, although it look really nice. I hate running with hot feet so I look for extra-breathable shoes. Unfortunately, the Evo Rehi really falls short here. I had to take my socks off half way through a short run because the shoes are so warm. I don't know if it's the upper not breathing (and to be honesty, it appears to have plenty of ventilation) or the foam being such a good insulator that my feet get too hot. After a couple runs without socks, I started developing raw spots on both little toes from the slightly rough mesh. This means I can't continue to run in these shoes. I think that the Evo Rehi suffers from the same design flaw I've noticed in other Hokas: an upper that doesn't have enough room over the toes. Comvine that, the heat, the over-cushioning, and it just isn't an enjoyable shoe to run in. Sadly for me, that's been my opinion of every Hoka I've tried. I had high hopes for the Evo Rehi given it's status as the un-Hoka, but for me it just doesn't work. You may have a completely different experience so if you don't mind hot feet but want a super lightweight and cushioned shoe that looks great, this could really work for you.
