These shoes were recommend by a podiatrist. Until my foot problem clears up a little, these are the only shoes I wear at home and at work. I love them.

I ordered a pair in forget-me-not. Comfy right out of the box and wonderful to walk in. I'm not a runner, but I do need stability, and Hoka was recommended by my doctor. Time has worn on, and now I have flat feet, overpronation, arthritis, etc. So glad I don't have to give up walking. Love the color!

I have this Color and the Black/Gray one as well. These are what I reach for when going out almost anywhere. I wear a 9W, and I've ordered (and owned) other Brands, but Hoka is NOW my absolute favorite. My only request(s) is to please make MORE of your Shoes available in WIDE, AND in color schemes of Black/Gray and Navy/Gray/Silver. ALOHA!

I'm a large person and these shoes make my exercise classes not so hard on my feet!

I use these shoes for daily wear, running (3-6 miles, 2-4 times per week), gym workouts, and vacation, excursion walking. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to offer a lighter weight shoe with mid-strong stability and mid-to high cushioning.

Having natural pronation, I have had many different types of shoes over the last couple of decades. Even looking back to my Army Reserve days, I have yet to find a better shoe to fit my workout routine that maintains shoe integrity while continuing to deliver the right support over time. This is my second pair and I am thoroughly impressed.

Love all my Hoka shoes

I wear these shoes throughout my work day. I have seen improvement in my achilles tendonitis and a decrease in knee pain.

I bought the first pair as a test. I bought the second pair so I could alternate between the two. Needless to say I was impressed by the first pair, and a few weeks later I had the second. As in my first review, I have to say these are the best I've purchased in a very long time.

These shoes have helped me continue to walk/jog with plantar fasciitis. My heel pain has significantly diminished since wearing my Hoka One!

I where them to work, I work on concrete all day! Average 10,000 steps a day, and when I get home my feet feel fabulous!! I love them so much!!

These shoes provide good stability too.

Was suggested these as an option for my next running shoe to try after I completed my race. So glad I got them. Feels great! Did first training with no sore feet and less leg fatigue.

I am a hospital volunteer and I ordered these to wear with my uniform....I have two other pairs of HOKA that I use for my daily walking down a country road I am only able to walk my necessary miles each day by relying on these shoes

I am a nurse and work twelve hour days. This is my second pair of Hoka's and I couldn't be happier. My feet feel as good at the end of my shift as they do at the beginning. I feel like I am walking on pillows all day! I had to get used to the broader base when I first began wearing these but it is no longer a problem. Very happy with Hoka's and I recommend them to all my nursing friends!

This is by far my favorite running shoe. I was worried the Gaviota 2 wouldn't be as good as the original, but they've been good so far.

I'm on my feet all day and skimping on shoes is not an option. You can spend less on shoes but you'll pay more in the end, buying replacements. This show provides excellent cushion and motion control and is great for heavier people. Having an old ankle injury, I have to be aware of good support. This allows me to put in 12 miles without any ankle pain! Great job Hoka!

I have flat feet and have had large heel spurs for 20 years. I used to wear combat boots and orthodics all the time as thatey were the only thing that helped with pain. Then I tried these. They come in wide which is great because my flat feet sort of puddle with each step. I do still have a half foot orthodic in these and with the wide there is plenty of room. I love the white as it works great with no show socks and shorts. I have become so much more active due to these shoes. I'm walking, weight lifting, biking. I wear them all the time even indoors since they are stable not neautral and when I don't wear them, my feet turn in and throws my hips off and my back hurts. I may have to get the white leather as my white ones are getting dirty but I love how light they are and I like in Texas and the non-leather ones don't feel hot. I check back often for more styles added and especially in plain white and black to they can be worn for every day occassions as I do. I feel like I need to but many, many pairs of these as I'm afraid they will ever discontinue them or plain white ones. I purchased these on another site but keep looking here. Thank you for this shoe!

Incredibly comfortable. I also was struggling with IT band issues that completely cleared up once I switched to these shoes.

Most comfortable running shoe

I have been running for years and I developed plantar fasciitis and I over pronate. These sneakers are a gift! I no longer have heel pain. I will continue to wear Hoka's.

My feet have endured decades of endurance sports & activities. This shoe supports & cushions my feet to a level which allows me to continue 6 day-a-week workouts. Shoe technology keeps improving & the Gaviota 2 is a definite winner.

These shoes are great for knee pain and people who over pronate! I was fitted for these and can't say enough good things about these shoes. Thank you Hoka!

I have arthritis in my feet. I am on my feet all day long. At the end of the day my feet, back, & legs hurt horribly. No matter what shoes I would wear I never had relief. My mother in law told me about Hoka Shoes. I figured it was worth a shot. My feet do not hurt. Neither does my back or legs. Hoka Shoes are the best shoes ever made. I will never by another brand ever again. I absolutely love Hoka Shoes!!!!!! I do not have pain anymore after being on my feet all day.

I went to the foot doctor because of pain and swelling in my big toe. He said it was from arthritis and recommended the Hoka brand shoe and one with high stability. I got the Gaviota 2. I loved them the moment I put my foot it. Truly comfortable. My first day wearing them was a 12 hour shift in a shop in a cement floor and 8 miles. My feet felt great! I've had them about 1 month. I don't have the pain in my foot. The swelling is minimal. I am even taking up learning to run. Up to 3.5 minutes. I now have 2 pair. 1 for work, 1 for life. Looking for a 3 pair for at the gym. It asks below if I would recommend and yes I would and yes I have!
