Best pair of athletic shoes I have ever bought and will buy no other brand but HOKA. I teach and am on my feet constantly, have arthritis in feet and knees, and this is the only pair of shoes that I can wear that relieves the pain. They have a roomy toe box; I take a regular width, but if you have a really wide foot try the wide version as it is roomier around the top bridge of the foot and slightly larger in the toe area. I have my husband and son hooked on these as well, and we just placed another order for all three of us. Also, I recommended this to my colleague whose husband was recovering from a knee replacement. The stability offered by these shoes is superior and has helped him throughout his therapy.

My feet feel so much better after a run now!

My first pair of HOKA shoes and I am in love! These are great for cross training. They have been a game changer on leg day at the gym. Will buy them again!

No other shoe has provided the stability and cushion for my feet since having big toe fusion surgery. I can walk without a limp while wearing these shoes.

This is my second pair of Gaviotas which I prefer over other Hokas for stability and width. I find that the 8W fits better on my fairly regular width foot and gives me sufficient room for orthotics. If I could request one change it would be to put more padding in the toe area.

My 2nd and have to say love them and look at my next pair already..

My favorite walking shoes. Great for my 4 mile morning jaunt. I wear a women's 12 and often times twelves fit like a men's shoe (too wide in the heel). These are best fit in an athletic shoe for me. Very comfortable, non restrictive.

I love these shoes!!! They are supportive and comfortable! I like these better than the Arahi. I WILL be buying these again!

I walk about 35 miles a week on hard surfaces such as sidewalks and asphalt. The Gaviota 2 is wearing in the middle of the shoe where I would expect. The reason I bought the Gaviota is because my Bondi 6 was not wearing evenly. Once I talked to the CSR at Hoka, he determined that I over pronate and I ordered the Gaviota. Also, the Gaviota provides the support I need on the ball of my foot and I do not have knee pain like so many other shoes I have tried. Just ordered another pair of Gaviota 2. I wear a size 8 wide and the shoes are true to size. Hoka is my go to shoe for daily walks.

The best stability shoe I've found. It's stable, comfortable, and looks good too!

Support and I have arthritis in my feet and toes. Had turf toe in both feet more than once and the boat like bottom is like a miracle for me.

Bought these for work as a nurse in the hospital. 13 hrs a day, my feet are much less sore these days!

Work & walking for exercise

Very strong support around the arch. No need for inserts. Very comfortable. Breath well. Extremely lightweight. Sizing was amazing and the website tools were easy to follow and made sense. I bought the sixes this time to try them out. However, the Gaviota 2 are perfect.

I like to walk a lot outside and I'm so glad that I purchased the Hoka One shoes. I've tried them all, but these surpass them all. They are what I've been searching for. Thank you for making a great product. My feet thank you!

If you have arthritis in your feet you want to try these. The footbed is wide at the toe to give your toes room to move.

I've enjoyed these shoes very much and have been very helpful due to foot problems, so any problems with feet or not these shoes are great!

This is my 4th pair of Hoka i've bought. I love their lightweight shoe. I am sold on it.

This pair made me feel fully supported while running. With other shoes, the sole of my feet gets tired and a bit numb after a few miles. This did not happened with the Gaviotas.

I bought these to wear for my job as a registered nurse. They give me all-day comfort and support, that no other shoe has been able to provide. They are somewhat clunky looking, but it doesn't matter.
