At first they were really comfortable but after a few months they felt horrible to walk in to the point where I couldn’t stand for longer than an hour. If I did stand for long periods of time, I’d end up beginning to limp.

Love these shoes just too narrow a design for my toes.

Did not keep them

I really enjoy the cushion support in this pair. It's hard to find comfort in a dress shoe, especially at this price point.

My toes are scrunched towards front because the shoes are kinda narrow. I can especially feel it when I'm walking. Hopefully the material will stretch over time.

Just a bit long and narrow in the toe for me. I am returning them. Otherwise nice shoes.

The shoes are a great bargain - quality leather and comfortable at a surprisingly low price. The long pointed toe gives the shoes a Euro look. But sizing is unusual. I'm a consistent 11.5 D, including in other Clarks. 11.5 in these is one-half to a full size too large and the width narrower.

These look amazing and are fairly comfy. A little stiff around the back of the ankle but they should break in after a few wearings.

Out of the box, these shoes are STIFF. They rubbed against my heel so bad and gave me terrible blisters. After awhile of wearing moleskin and thick socks the leather finally wore in and they're fine. Not sure if they were worth it but these shoes look great on me.

Styling and fit/finish of the shoe was great. However, it was very narrow around the ball of my big toe. They also weren't very comfortable; the leather felt pretty stiff and the sole didn't have much cushion.

More functional than fashionable. Something about black sole makes the overall appearance seem budget oriented.

Clark’s are always comfortable but two days in and these are hurting the balls of my feet. I’m hoping I break them in as time goes on.

These are good looking and reasonably comfortable. I am pleased the purchase. They feel a little narrower than other shoes I have purchased here before.

These shoes are quite curvy, which makes it hard to say why they feel small. They have an odd shape. They felt tight, but it may be the shape and not the sizing.

This is a beautiful shoe. Style and color is great, but other reviews said it fit too narrow, so I ordered the wide for my husband and the M width would have been fine.

We’re too narrow. Had to return

I returned another pair of Clarks and bought these. I bought a half size smaller than the others and they fit great. They feel more substantial than other Clark shoes and should last. The wine/burgundy color is hard to find now. Seem very comfortable.

I love most of Clarks wide shoes but these felt a little snug around my outer toes. Still, very soft and comfortable to walk in, as always, with Clarks.

Clarks are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. These run a little large so I would recommend ordering a half size down. Also, the leather is delicate and will immediately show signs of wear.

I love this Zappos & Clarks. These shoes are so classy looking, but they are way too small for my husband. He always wears a 13 wide, but with these, we chose a 13 EE width & it was not even close to wearable. Both the length & width were too small. So sad. At the same time, I bought him the DOCKERS GEYER 13E, and he found them to be a much better fit. My short opinion, order larger & wider & you will probably have success.

The left shoe was actually a perfect fit, but the right shoe was very tight and I had to use a shoe stretcher to make it bigger. It is still tight but isnt painful after being stretched.

These shoes are a whisper of what the Bostonians were. “Wide” is still narrow, they are unnecessarily long, and the back of heel is both a little too high and a little too stiff, creating blisters. Of course that’s not completely obvious until you’ve worn them and can’t return them, so this may be my last Zappos purchase.

Leather appears more like plastic. Shoe leather even looks hard. Difficult to describe. Styling is excellent, but not very comfortable. I previously wore ECCO, but tried to save money, hoping these Clark’s would be a comparable shoe. Word of advice, if you’re on your feet a lot, these shoes will not cut it.

I ordered two different styles of Clark's, both in men's size 10-EE for my husband. One pair he is keeping to wear and the Tilden Cap is being returned as it is too narrow and very tight across the top of the foot. So tight, he said there's no need to even lace them up. The other style of Clark's was not like this at all; very odd that two of the same brand, same size fit so vastly different.
