Great fit. Great feel. Lightweight. Look great. I wish they made them in more colors and kept all sizes (especially my size!) stocked and ready for shipment.

Enjoy the comfortable slim cut on size 32. I have used these on a couple of hikes with sun and rain they have held up great. Enjoy the side zip pocket, would be nice to have another one on the left leg as well. The front pockets keep items in well. I ha e used them in every day wear as well.

Bought 3 months ago, they instantly became my favourite pair of pants. Worn pretty well every second day since then showing now signs of wear. Typical Arcteryx gear through and through.

I've owned many Arc'teryx pants, and my favorites were the Palisade. These are just as good, maybe even better. The material is super-lightweight and breathable. The fit is perfect for me: the waist is appropriately high; sometimes Arc'teryx pants have too low a rise at the waist. I really like having the second snap button at the waist for extra security. The Crestons are excellent hiking pants, and the jean-style pockets and belt loops make them more versatile than the Palisade for wearing off-trail. The zippered side pocket is well-sized for my cell phone. I'm a 32-Short. Please make more colors in the Short length! I bought Neptune, and don't want Black. I will happily buy another color in 32-Short when you produce it.

I bought these to wear to the office on casual days and they are perfect. Great to be able to wear ArcTeryx in a business environment and feel comfortable from the fit as well as the look. I have a number of other ArcTeryx pants with the integrated belt and zippered cargo pockets, but they are too casual for my office. A modern, trimmer fit, but not too tight on the legs.

Another great pant from Arc'teryx. These replace the Rampart, which had been a favorite of mine. I like the new material.

Really nice hiking pants, pockets are not my favorite configuration, but they get the job done

I'll start by saying, I am not a person who can spend this much on a pair of pants without a lot of thought beforehand-- these count as an investment for me. The primary reason I'm purchasing Arc'teryx pants is the gusset and flexible material, as all other pants I've bought for work blow out at the crotch irreparably in a very short span of time. I bought these pants to replace my Starke pants. I wear these as work pants, five days a week. At this point, I prefer the Starke pant, but it was not colorfast, and within a couple of months my black pants were a purple-beige all down the front of the legs. I purchased the Creston pant because it had many of the same features of the Starke that I liked-- like the side zipper pocket I use for my wallet and fairly normal pant construction including the typical pocket formation and belt loops. The Creston pant is, as far as I've read, all synthetic, whereas the Starke is a cotton-blend, so I believe the Creston will be more colorfast. I don't understand however why the Creston costs $20 more and lacks the adjustable cuff at the ankle, the carabiner loop on the front right belt loop, and has an inferior zipper-pull on the side zipper pocket. The most annoying difference between the two pants for me is the construction of the front pockets-- I typically keep my phone in my front pocket, but these pockets are designed such that the phone always ends up in my crotch, which is both unsightly and gets in the way when I'm climbing stairs. The Starke pant had front pockets which pushed my phone (or anything else) to the outside of my leg, where it doesn't get in the way. The front pockets on these pants are also cut high, near the waist, in such a way that I can't access anything in my pockets while I'm sitting. The Starke pant had pockets cut more to the side of the pant, so I could easily access the contents in any position. Overall the pants are fine, but I would much rather spend the same amount of money for the Starke pant in a colorfast material. Take notes Arc'teryx!
