These fit the way Vionics fit- run a little large. I LOVE these but when I tightened the Velcro straps the ends stuck up awkwardly; also it seemed my little toe was wanting to poke out where it shouldn't. Finally, I decided to send these back because of the higher wedge, I didn't want to be any taller than I already am, but if you do, these are great. They seemed very comfortable and the red color is killer.

My first pair of Vionic shoes. They ran one size bigger than any other shoe i own (Dansko, Clarks, ...). The arch support is outstanding for my plantar fasciitis-i put these on as soon as i get up and wear them all day. Getting the correct fit is essential, so that ther contoured foot bed supports the arch. At first I had trouble getting the velcro straps adjusted where the actual velcro didn't rub. I would prefer buckles and real leather, and would be willing to pay more money for both odd these- features. I used to only wear Dansko sandals, but they have changed abs don't offer the firm sole anymore. I like the black and will probably buy in the nude lizard or cork.

I have these in black and love them so much I got a pair for my sister too. She and I both have narrow feet and high arches. I was reluctant to try these because all the other Vionic sandals have been too wide in the past. There are velcro adjustments on the front 2 traps the large one with the buckle which is also adjustable, has an elastic which makes it comfortable.

fit is good, nice arch. sometimes I buy a 7, but 6 is recommended and is what I need for perfect fit in this shoe. I don't need wide width, so medium is perfect also. Bought nude, navy and black. Not sure yet about the nude. Haven't worn yet, navy is maybe too shiny, too shiny with jeans (?) Haven't worn black either yet. Seem fine. Zappos"s service is always so excellent! Thank You.

These have an amazing arch, but I didn't love the overall fit or style. They didn't seem like anything special. I know they would've been a purchase I'd later regret, so I'm returning them.

I needed to get some shoes with good arch support for my Plantar Fasciitis. These Rio Sandals are great! I have them in every color, including white. I wish they would bring back them in white.

I own several pairs of Vionic sandals and love them all for both fit and comfort. These are no exception. They are cute, made of quality materials and fit my foot perfectly. I appreciate the wedge sole...it makes the sandal appear a little dressier than the flat ones and gives me a little boost in height.

Just not for me. Gorgeous red, but the shoe bed was uncomfortable, the style was much clunkier in person, and while the Velcro makes the two front straps fully adjustable, the top strap is like a belt. For me, one grommet was too tight and the next one too loose.

Shoes were cute but the minute I put them on I knew they were going back. I have a flat foot and these have high arch support so they hurt my feet as soon as I put them on.

I love these sandals and they fit great and love the bright red. Great arch support in these too. I just would like if they weren't quite so high of platform. My legs are too long now and that just makes them seem longer, but I love the shoes and so the heck with that. I wouldn't want to fall off of them though, so that is a consideration as we age.

These shoes are a really good fit. I adjusted the velcro to fit my foot, which is a wide width. There's a lot of arch support as the multiple straps hod the shoe firmly on my foot. I highly recommend them.

I ACTUALLY HAVE THIS SHOE IN CORK AND IT FITS AND ADJUSTS TO FEEL ABSOLUTELY DIVINE! THEY LOOK SO PRETTY WITH BOTH SKIRTS AND PANTS. I AM SO GLAD TO HAVE THIS BEAUTY IN MY CLOSET. AS A MATTER OF A FACT, I BOUGHT 2 PAIR OF CORK SO WHEN ONE WEARS OUT ( SELDON) I WILL HAVE A BACK UP. ALSO, I PAINT AND IF I GET PAINT ON ONE PAIR, I STILL HAVE A PERFECT PAIR! THINKING ON MY TOES!! LOVE YOUR STYLE, VIONIC!!

This is a great sandal! I was not sure if I would like the thicker platform type sole but was pleasantly surprised. It is more comfortable and much more support than some of the thinner soled Vionic sandals that I have. I wear an 8.5 in other brands and the 8.0 is a perfect fit.

These fit so nicely and are very comfortable. Being able to adjust the straps across the toes and top of the foot makes all the difference. Love them!!

Great fit

Looks great and really comfy. I’ve owned many pairs of Vionics and am a customer for life. No more plantar fasciitis for me.

I have this footbed in other sandals, but I can no longer wear anything with a toe post. These are great and are fully adjustable. I love that they isolate your foot from the pavement and the straps offer great support.

This is my second pair of Vionic Rio. Love this sandal -adjustable for narrow feet, very comfy, and also adds a little height for a 5'3" person!

I like the way this sandals look on the feet. Unfortunately, they were not very comfortable for me. Arch support is super hard and hurting me. I would love to keep them, but have to send them back and keep searching for more comfortable pair.

For someone who strictly buys Vionic shoes as recommended by my podiatrist, I am both pleased and disappointed in these sandals. The Vionic quality and consistency has gone down over the years. It's recommended to order a half size down, and that is true. The straps are not leather so it may take some getting use to as they may rub differently against the skin. Considering the materials, they seem overpriced for what they are. However, I am keeping them because I like the arch support and the "platform" sandal idea. I ordered them in red, and they are a bright and fun addition for several looks.

Very old lady looking. Plus no half sizes which causes the arch to not fit my foot right.

I ordered several pairs of Earth and Vionic shoes and these were the ones I kept. The footbed is fully supportive and the straps are adjustable, though I wish the buckle strap was a buckle decoration with Velcro underneath. The style is surprisingly cute. I ordered the red and found the color true to the photo online. For reference, I a size 10 with thin feet, standard toe box and narrow heels.

loved the red! I have been looking for a RED sandal & this was it. Sadly, the arch was way too high so I had to return them.

I have numerous Vionic Capitola thong sandals which have the same platform footbed as these. Can no longer wear thong sandals so hoped these would be a good alternative. I liked the platform and the arch support.....what I couldn't stand was the cheap, thin, hard leather used for the straps. My thong sandals all have soft leather uppers. The leather upper of these shoes feels like pieces of laquered cardboard. Looks like it, too, and the hard edges of the straps cut right into my skin. They appear to be cheaply made and I don't think they're worth the price. Soooo, these are going back and I'm ordering some Alegria sandals instead. They'll look just as clunky as these with equally good arch support, but the leather uppers will be soft and supple. I don't recommend these and I guess I'm done with Vionic brand.
