Very stylish, sleekly European in design, very flat. I got the "navy" blue, which on my screen looked navy, but turned out to be somewhere between royal and deep sapphire. A very pretty blue but not navy. The uppers are beautiful, soft suede, and would likely mold to the foot shape very quickly. The toe box is not very tall, but because of the soft leather, was not immediately uncomfortable. The toe shape is more tapered than I like, so made the shoe look very long and kind of squished the toes together. There is minimal cushioning in the foot bed and no arch support. I doubt that they would be comfortable for a very long walk. The sole is completely smooth, seemed to be like hard, polished leather. They are not adjustable in any way, although they accommodated thin socks and seemed pretty true to size, both in length and width. I was hoping for something with a better navy color and comfortable for standing and walking, so, but no one had reviewed them before I ordered, so I took a chance. They are not close enough to a versatile shoe to wear with jeans that I have been looking for, so must send them back.
