I really ended up liking these shorts! I was looking for shorts that were comfortable to wear under dresses or to wear out on their own/lounge around. Like the other review this item does look a bit like boxer shorts, but I think its more because of the wide Nike band up top. I don't really mind since you can't see it when I wear a T-shirt. Overall this short is comfortable, doesn't ride up due to the length, and the fabric is thin, but not sheer. The length is longer than normal (about mid-thigh) on me which is what I was looking for since the 3" ones end up being too short due to having thicker thighs.

I love all nike products. This short is very soft, comfortable, exactly as described. I recommend to size up. I’m 5”9 and ordered M.

Fit well. They don't ride up your leg like other shorts do.

I purchased to wear under summer skirts and dresses. The longer length works well for me (I have larger thighs). The fabric breathes well, so much better than the built in shorts in found in most skorts.

I really wanted to like these shorts. I've been looking for something lightweight, quick drying, and thin material, i.e., perfect for travel or for wearing underneath a skirt or pants -- something similar to a pair of men's boxer briefs but designed for women. But the material is very odd and not at all stretchy. I wear a sz 4/6 and ordered a medium, but I'd probably need an XL for these to be comfortable, especially at the waist. They're expensive enough I'm not going to bother and am moving on to other options!
