I'm a photographer and carry photographic stuff. This is the perfect bag. It does not call attention to itself by screaming "Grab me - expensive kit inside!" Inconspicuous. That's the word I'd use. When expanded, the briefcase holds a medium-format Fujifilm camera body with a short lens mounted, and two other lenses. I already had a decent photo shoulder bag but that's getting retired. There are times when the weight of the contents gets way too heavy for one shoulder and needs to be shifted to the back. And there are other times when I need it to be a shoulder bag so that I can easily access the camera and lenses. Originally, I ordered the wood waxed bag, but when it arrived, sent it back. I swear it is a shade of cool gray, nothing like the brown shown on the website. Anyway, I then ordered Galaxy - a great blue / gray shade.

I have several Mystery Ranch packs, all are well thought out, well worth the money, just right size, replacing a Filson that i have had for decades, i was looking for something lighter.

As a lady lawyer, this is a very nice bag to serve as my remote office while traveling about my neighboring county. I will need to carry a separate bag for heels, cosmetics, hairbrush, toothbrush because it's really just enough space for electronics, some pens, my keys and wallet and a few notepads and client folders. I'll enjoy pretending i'm a man while i carry it. Glacier blue is beautiful in person.

I have been looking for a new bag for a number of months now. Searching both manufactures and social media sites for the perfect bag. I feel I have found in MR's 3Way bag. It allows me all the options I wanted for my classroom carry bag and it has a smaller profile than my 3 Day Assault bag.

I wish I found this bag years ago. The design has the space for everything you need and nothing that you don't. Super functional, I really love the convertible backpack option. It also looks very professional. Thank you for the time you spent in designing this.

I have been using this for work and travel for several years now and it meets every need. The pockets work very well for all the business needs and is large enough additional items for international travel. Very rugged but still looks very professional.

It's an excellent briefcase for my purposes. I really don't know how they could make it better. I like the ability to expand and contract its size, and the 3 way pocket is full of great features.

This bag is compact and holds a lot of work items. Zero velcro included!

This bag holds a laptop, a tablet, all necessary chargers and batteries, document accordion file, and all my pens and pencils. It's well thought out and easy to keep everything organized. The expansion zipper expands for easy packing and can then be zipper ship to hold the load tight. The Velcro panel is well positioned for things that you would want held securely, but also easily accessed.

Great features and the 1000d version is the bomb..

Have had the bag a couple weeks now and absolutely love it. Perfect mix of business and sporty. Light, feels durable. Internal pockets make sense - not too many, not too few. Have gotten several compliments and a co-worker asked if it was okay if he ordered the same briefcase. I said of course but has to be a different color.

I got this as my work bag. It does everything I need it to do. Carries my laptop, radio, handcuffs and everything else. I purchased two small Magpul Daka pouches that help organize all my small things.

Incredible bag. I do wish the expandable part of this bag expanded slightly more, even just 5 or 6 liters more when full expanded. But the durability and organization the bag provides more than makes up for the total possible volume.

I bought this for a personal carry on bag. It fit well under the planes seat. I found that using the shoulder straps it secures very well to my timbuck2 roller carry on

I'm a bag connoisseur. This briefcase is by far the best travel, office, hiking bag I have ever used. It is versatile, durable, extremely well made, flexible and stylish. Everything works exactly as it should. I've not once been disappointed by this purchase. You can take it anywhere, dress it up, dress it down. Chef's kiss. 100/10

I bought this brief case to replace the one I have had for 20 years. I am not disappointed at all with the design and heavy duty zippers.

I purchased this bag a month ago, I am happy to report that it is exactly what I hoped for. The type of bag I can walk into an executive board meeting in a suit or carry just rocking a pair of jeans and a tee shirt. I carry a Microsoft surface and an iPad Pro and there is ample room for both. The "laptop" compartment is well protected with padding on all sides. The material is very durable. I like the fact that the center compartment has a "soft velcro" compartment that will accommodate a holster for say a full sized down to a sub compact "calculator" ;) The expansion compartment is a great addition for the Traveler! You can throw an extra outfit in there for the times when your airline cancels your flight and you are forced to spend an extra night in the airport or at a hotel of their choosing.

I bought this for a group of young executives and they all loved the versatility as well as the quality and functionality. I ended up buying one for myself as well - absolutely love it! Also, it is expandable for those trips where you need to take a few extra items. Absolutely perfect!

Exactly what I was hoping for. I get compliments all the time on it, but more, it carries what I want. I usually use the shoulder strap but the pack straps are comfortable with a full load.

I use it for work, meets all my expectations. Def, would but again.

Awesome bag , I use it for work and a range bag , ads show Montana but it's made in Vietnam, why not made in USA!

After using the 3 way briefcase I gotta say it's a home run! If low key bags are your thing this is a must have. It fits into executive level meetings as well as it fits into an interview room.
