I've had several pairs of the Nimbus 21 and I have really liked them. I run about 40 miles per week and I also use them for cross training.

My last six pairs of athletic running shoes have been ASCIS which I use strictly for walking. I usually purchase the higher priced shoes (over $100) and watch for a sale because they are definitely made better and feel more comfortable and sturdy.

This is my third pair of ASICS. A really good supportive shoe if you have lower back problems. I do wish they would carry more lighter colors to choose from.

Great running shoe, with stability and arch support. I thought the arch support would be too hard but is actually comfortable. Breathable and comfortable in toes. I gave four stars because shoe strings are too short. I can barely tie them.

These are definitely more narrow than the previous versions of this shoe. It took a couple of runs to stretch them out enough to not hurt. I would recommend half a size up when ordering.

Sole is still a bit stiff. Maybe it just needs more breaking in? Can't run in it yet, too stiff. Been walking so far.

Theyre great, wish they were a little more supportive in the ankle! I have really terrible pronation for a young person though, so if your ankles are not totally messed up the support will be more than adequate.

It's a great shoe! My only negative feedback is that around my achilles/ankle area, the inside of the shoe has a hard piece of structural support, which is very uncomfortable if I do not wear my thickest socks

I feel like they are a little smaller than actual size but they are my favorite running shoe!

I love asics I always buy this style, it's the only shoe I'll run in. So good!

The GT 2000 7 offers a thicker cushion along the entire foot which is nice but I dont really feel the arch support. They feel like Brooks, a little to much padding. Also the shoe does rub against the back of my heel causing a little blister. My last pair are the 5s so I definitely feel the difference. I wish they didn't change the style of the shoe so often. Overall it's a good shoe but not the best for me.

Very good shoes but the toes wear a hole very fast. 2-4 weeks for me. Other than that, they are great.

I have a very high arch and that's what drew me to purchase this particular style. The shoes have very good Achilles support and great shock absorbency. The shoes strings stay tied. Unfortunately my high arches have yet to find the perfect support but it definitely has a higher arch than my previous shoes.

These are quite comfortable. Not clouds necessarily, you can feel the ground beneath you, but very supportive and a nice wide toe bed.

Had this style before and was happy to find these. I need the stability for I am on my feet all day at work.

The support is very good, but my knee still hurts.

Not as much cushion as expected, I seem to remember this shoe providing more shock absorption. The older I get, the more of that I need, even as a casual runner. I order a half-size larger than needed to be able to put Dr. Scholls or similar extra insole inside, and with that addition the shoe works well for me as a casual, non-competitive runner.

Even though there is good arch support if you have very high arches like I do you may need to insert one. I like these because they are narrower than others, so they fit my narrow feet; in heel and forefoot. I didn't give 5 stars as nothing is as good as the original GT. 1000. But am enjoying the great forefoot gel and these are supper comfortable! Hard to find my size in colorful runners:)

Only thing I would change is the lace holes, especially with how much they are. It feels like with enough wear and tear they could rip open. Other than that, it is a solid shoe that is helping me control my shin splints.

I have run in Asics for several years. I tend to wear the heels down on one side and the Asics seem to last a lot longer than other brands. My only complaint and thus the 4 stars is the cushioning is not nearly as good as previous years, but still comfortable.

I thought there was going to be more gel, cushion and support. It wasn't too bad.

I have extremely sensitive feet so it's really difficult to find a shoe with support and comfort so I'm not in pain at the end of each day. I've ordered ASICS before and they are the only shoes I've found that help. I was concerned at first that these were too stiff on the bottom but after I wore them I realized they mold perfectly to my feet and are very comfortable.
