I've been running in the Asics Nimbus for 10-15 years. I always buy them a size larger than my street shoes and this iteration is no different. Same awesome cushioning (I'm a basically neutral runner with a high arch) as ever. I got the "Blue expanse/grey flannel" color scheme and I really like it. I think the options are pretty robust and an improvement on the past (one year I had to get white and bright green Nimbus kicks b/c it was the only color way offered in stores--good for Ducks fans but kind of a drag for everyone else. The Nimbus holds up really well over 500-1000 miles. I have a narrow foot and this shoe is perfect. If you have wide feet, this might be a tough shoe for you.

I understand the complaints about the Nimbus on arrival feeling like there’s no support or they are “hard”, however for me I’ve found after breaking them in my foot settles into the mold it shapes into the cushioning. That said, I have super high arches and the past few Nimbus models haven’t been quite as awesome as older models. That’s not really their fault though, I need to invest in some extra support. They are much lighter than they used to be without feeling cheap like some other brands. I underpronate and these have been the gold standard for me for the past ten years - I’ve tried other brands (mostly when I’m feeling grumpy about the cost of the Nimbus!) and am always filled with regret and come crawling back because they are the best out there, at least for my wonky feet. From a style perspective - not super thrilled with the color choices this model, but who cares if they are good to your feet.

Awesome shoes! Couldn't believe my eyes when I seen the size 12.5 women!!! These fit great and feel great from day one.

Asics has changed the feel and build of their shoe over the years but it is still my favorite. I have tried other brands but still come back. My foot always adjusts quickly and comfort is immediate. And my feet are difficult to please.

Shoe runs small order a half size up

I have always worn a size 9 in Asic’s But had to go up to a 9 1/2 in this style. However the toe box seems a bit roomier than in my previous asic’s which is more comfortable.

These are great for someone looking for a neutral shoe. I can be in these all day with no discomfort. I wear them mostly for my gym (tread, rower, and weight floor) workouts. Good cushion, sufficiently wide across the toes to handle any swelling from about 30 minutes of running.

I wear Asics Gel-Numbus all the time, these are very comfortable for my walking shoes.

The fit was great, I really like all ASICS Gel shoes. These are also stylish and fun to wear at the gym!
