Love these shoes. They work well for my somewhat narrow feet.

I've ran in the Nimbus since the 16. I was reluctant to purchase the 21 since there has been such a mixture of reviews. The width was perfect (I do have narrower feet), the cushion was sufficient but not as plush as prior models and they seem like they have a little more spring, which is probably due to the decrease in how plush they feel. I'm super happy with them and love how they feel running and they seem lighter than prior models. Possibly my favorite Nimbus yet! I purchased the black/light blue ones and the color is fine. I wasn't thrilled with the color selection for the 21.

I am a 7.5 and usually wear an 8 in all tennis shoes across all brands, including ASICS. These run 1/2 a size small from that. So I had to get an 8.5. Otherwise a great, supportive shoe

I, like many, have been unhappy with the changes Asics have made to their shoes, but i'm still bound to them for the high 10mm drop of the heel. I tried 2 pairs of Hoka and decided that was even worse because they are too flat (and died at 100 milies). I wear an 8 dress shoes and have worn an 8.5 in Asics for at least 20 pairs, but I have to get a 9.5 in the Nimbus 21!! There is no drop down box for felt 1.5 sizes smaller.

I've bought Asics gel-nimbus shoes for years and for some reason the gel-nimbus 21's seemed to run really small. Probably want to go at least a size up.

Like other reviewer‘s, they are narrow even in a wide width. However they felt a little hard but walking on concrete. They look great but my feet don’t like them.

I've worn plenty of Asics, so was looking forward to finally trying the Nimbus out. I ordered my standard running/workout shoe size (a 7, up from my normal 6.5 regular size), but was surprised to discover the 7 felt small all over--NOT something I typically experience, with my average-width forefoot/low-volume mid-foot/skinny heels! The toe area also seemed very shallow, putting undue pressure on my upturned big toes. I couldn't ship these back fast enough...

Snugs to your heel. Feels stiff. The soles make them look like Frankenstein shoes.

The toe box is too narrow even though I ordered and received the wide. Otherwise, is a great shoe. I am sending back as my two smallest toes go numb whilst wearing this pair. I am going back to Brooks Ghost.

I have purchased many pairs of Asics shoes in the past and ordered them in a narrow. I always have to buy a half size larger because Asics runs short. Recently I have not been able to find a narrow in my size. So I ordered 12.5 medium. This is definitely not a true medium which is good for me. The shoes are still a little too wide for me so I compensate with inserts and heavy socks. Please Zappos, if possible, offer Asics in 12.5 narrow again. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I only wear ASICS and my favorites we the gel nimbus 19 and these feel nothing like them at all. These shoes were small and tight in the toe box and made my toe sore almost immediately. The soles are very firm and hard. Very disappointed. I want another pair of gel nimbus 19s :(

Toe area snug compared to my 19s, they don’t feel anything like my 19s, first pair of ASICS I haven’t loved :(

Nothing like the old Nimbus 19, I loved those so I thought these would be like them, they are not and have a hard sole!

I’ve been running with ASICS nimbus for years and they’ve always been nice and cushion-y, but these were hard. Absolutely no give in the sole, they look great and I was really sad but they had to go back.

I wanted to like these. When I ordered Med width it was too narrow, so I ordered the Wide and they feel same as the Med Width and they didn't feel the same as the ones before.

Long time Asics Gel-Nimbus user so the fit of these shoes is very disappointing. I couldn't feel any arch support in the arch - felt like it was on the wrong side (outside) of my foot. Yes, I could replace the insert but my feeling for the money, the shoes should fit great out of the box without an additional expense . . . like they always had. Anyone else feel the same? If so, what did you switch to?

I have worn Asics Gel Nimbus shoes for years with great satisfaction. However, these lack the cushion and and comfort I’m used to. Not at all what the others have felt like. I’ll be returning them.

I haven’t worn ASICS in years, I had just purchased the Kayano, so I made an extra purchase of the Nimbus and bought in the same size. I am a 9, I buy wide when it’s an option, but I’m usually ok with a medium width. This shoe was incredibly narrow and it also felt small. My toes were crammed in the toe box. I could see the side of feet sticking out of the shoe. As cute as these are, I have to return. Incredibly tight and uncomfortable.

I have been an Asics girl for the last ten years.. I work 12 hours in a hospital and counted on these shoes to save my knees, hips and legs.. They have until this pair...ASICS ARE NOT THE SAME...... No cushion and stiff as a board.. just the worst shoes EVER.... I can not tell you enough how disappointed I am in this brand...They WERE the best and my co workers agree that they have changed and have gotten so cheaply made.. DO NOT BUY ASICS.....

What is happening at Asics? I absolutely love how comfortable and supportive my old Gel Nimbuses are. I was advised to order a half size larger in these new models but that didn't even fit. I went a full size larger and it's perplexingly still too tight in the toe box. I'm a supinator and my old gel nimbuses I'll keep forever but they don't even resemble this shoe. Less material and stability. The cushion isn't anywhere near the same. They are hotter, but really it's the toe box that is unforgivable it is both not wide enough and not deep enough. I don't know who is the person you are building your shoe last off of but they may not have toes.

ASICS, what have you done? I've worn the ASICS Gel Nimbus exclusively for the last decade. When it cam time to replace a pair of my GN19s, I simply choose the newest model. Right out of the box, it was clear that the quality of this shoe isn't the same. I had to look at the box and the tag to make sure it wasn't a cheapie knock-off. The sole is hard plastic, the shape of the shoe is just yuck and there's no ASICS "squishyness" that I love. I'll be looking for a different model. And if this is the new ASICS, I'll be looking for new brand. What a bummer.

I'm a true 7W in just about every shoe. These felt both too short and too narrow - barely could get one on my smaller foot. Can't comment on arch support. Returning them....

This is the worst Asics shoe ever. There is no comfort for walking or running, no padding under the front of the foot. I would think they are knock offs they are so bad. total waste of $$. I have worn Asics for at least 10 years and been happy. I will not order another pair nor will I continue with Zappo's for selling this inferior product. I have lost all confidence in them!

fantastic shoes, super light, cushiony, comfortable and great design. my favorite feature about this shoes is that they were light but didnt compromise on the cushion and the fit/design of the shoe. sadly theyve been discontinued. i got the 22 and they were good as well but not as good as the 21
