Super comfortable shoes and thick tred great for walking in the woods. I work in mine on a farm and walk 10 miles a day and my feet feel amazing.

I purchased these shoe to wear in the Leadville Silver Rush 50 Trail Run. They were very comfortable and held up great. My feet felt fine after the race. No blisters, black toe nails or anything. I would highly recommend these shoes if you are a trail runner or hiker.

I have been an Asics gel shoe fan for many years. I bought the GEL-Fujitrabuco 7 because the Asics running shoes are now made with material for "planned obsolescence". I use the shoe to walk on streets, golf, and open trails. They last about a year and the material gets rips and picks. This shoe is built with a more rugged material and should stand up to the low to medium abuse. There is definitely a shift in comfort. Other than the heel, the front part of the shoe cushioning is less than the running shoe, but has broken in well in the first 3 weeks. Overall I am pleased with the shoe. I gave it 4 star due to the comfort comparison between the running shoe and this trail designed shoe. Asics should consider choosing a higher denier tougher fiber to make their running shoes. Adding 5-10 grams of weight is much more important to me than a shoe where the top wears out well before the bottom.

The shoe is very comfortable and I like the added elastic material incorporated into the tongue. The tread is aggressive as well and am anticipating good traction when I get them on the trail. My only complaint is they seem to run a little small. I am a size 10 in every trail shoe I've purchased over the last several years, including ASICS, but these seem to be a little more snug. They are not so snug as to warrant a return since loosening the laces a little bit makes them comfortable.

Got these in Nov '19. Had trail ran about 20-30 miles in them so far. They are built great with a very thick rubber outer-sole (adds to the weight.). I have a higher arch and 85% of the time the support is fine, but sometimes I feel some strain. If you have average arches, you should be fine. Overall a great shoe that may be even better once I get some insoles in them.

I am a trail runner but do quite a bit of road running too (not in these shoes), I purchased this shoe last year January, they are not my everyday shoe, only for trail running and I have loved them, but a little disappointed then I am only getting 700km out of them, do you think I am being a bit to hopefully in wanting more out of a trail shoe, I'm in the market for a new pair now and speaking to other people that have different brands and are getting well over 1000km for about the same price range of shoe, I'm not sure if I will pick these again.

Love this shoe so far. Logged about 12 miles. Initially needs some break in time for me. Thought the size 12 was slightly tight, but the break time proved invaluable. Maybe size up by a half size with a thicker sock as an idea. I have very flat feet that need a wider toe box. Grip and stability on trails is fantastic. Love the look, got the blue version.

Great shoe but they need a wide option on the fit. They need a 4E option here like the Nimbus and Gel-Kayano series have

I have always had ASICS but for a short while I switched to a competitor. The lack of support in this other brand caused knee pain but as soon as I switched back the pain went. This is of course was amazing. However the poor quality of the upper is showing on both shoes. The upper matterial where is joins the plastic toe bumper is just breaking away. I emailed ASICS with photos and they could not be bothered to reply

I'm slightly baffled by the reviews calling this shoe comfortable. The Furjitrabuco has the same problem I experienced with the Sonoma 3 (both GTX as I think there is non-GTX variation as well) - The collar is incredibly hard. Admittedly, the lining on it is more than what you can find on the Sonoma, but 170 km into it, I still can't make it feel comfortable even with thick sock. For reference - the Sonoma took less than 100 and I hated it. I would call the entire upper a bit too stiff and I would argue that this applies even to the toe box (with is admittedly spacious enough). This is sad because the shoe is otherwise great - provides great grip; it is well cushioned for a trail runner and doesn't have hot spots.

Shoes are great on the trail however , the toe box material is cheap and already tearing after 2 weeks use. I would never buy these again .

Its a nice shoe, looks good, but doesn't fit, too narrow. I also want a trail shoe with more stability. The sole is too flexible. The shoe's underpronation does not work for me. I will be sending these back.

Comfortable, supportive. I also buy my running shoes with style in mind for when they get retired and I like the understated design.

The back part of the shoe was very uncomfortable... went hiking 1 time and I got a bad blister. The heel part of the shoe is hard and shaped. Also the stitching on the front part of the shoe started to come apart. All after 1 use! Not very happy with this purchase.

I bought this model four days ago and I strongly regret it. They are "designed" for ultras, but the truth is that in less than four days I have the front toe box broken. Really disappointing.

Shoes were extremely tight and did not bode well with my high arch. Felt extremely narrow, gave them 3 days to expand, but that truly did not make a difference, Have been a loyal fan of Asics but unfortunately, this shoe was Not for me.
I'd also recommend:
