As an avid, long-distance runner, I have found the ASICS Gel-Excite 6 to be one of the best shoes for this sport, due its comfortability, high level of support, and durability. The overall design of the shoe, from the foam on the midsole to the gel cushion on the rearfoot, all serve to provide an even distribution of impact and a good amount of flexibility. Moreover, as one who has suffered from knee injuries in the past, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to run 8+ miles in these shoes without feeling any pain. The affordable price range of these shoes is also an added bonus. So whether you are looking for pair of high-mileage, quality trainers or just for a pair of versatile, durable, and comfortable shoes, I would highly recommend these.

I love these shoes. I was a huge fan of the excite 4s, and now I'm a believer in the 6s. They are comfortable for my plantar fasciitis, and they are durable for my long road runs. I suggest these to everyone.

I couldn't afford the shoes I wanted to went for these instead. Worth every penny. They're comfy, add height and have helped my form when running. Would recommend

ASICS sizing is on the smaller side so consider a 1/2 size up, which is what we did here. Perfect, comfortable, wonderful design and colour.
