Love my ASICS, just wish they didn’t change every year. I order half a size up.

I've worn Asics for years and the fit seems to match previous versions of this shoe. The shoe is supportive and comfortable right out of the box. I mostly walk in them (usually 5 miles at a time with a crazy hyper dog) but will jog a bit as well. No issues with the fit at all and no pain in my knees or hips. Can't speak to longevity yet but I'll be happy if I get 6 months out of them.

These shows for great! My daughter has flat feet and they were a more stylish pick, than past shoes, for her.

I’ve worn ASICS Gel Kayano for years, because it was recommended for support for plantar fasciitis. Zappos doesn’t sell those and I had a gift certificate. I looked through the ASICS site and these looked to be supportive and well-liked. The price here plus the gift certificate made them worth a try. I like them. They look nice. The fit is a litle snug, so if you’ve never worn ASICS you might want to try both your usual and a 1/2 size up. I usually wear between a 6.5 and 7 in shoes, and these fit perfect in a 7. These have more heel support, but less arch support than the kayanos. The heel support seems to be doing the trick though. Would buy again.

These are my 1st pair of ASICS and I must say I am happy with my purchase. ASICS were recommended to me by my chiropractor for over-pronation if my feet. The upper half of my feet are wide and my toes spaced out. I ended up purchasing the middle width, figuring I could exchange them if the fit is too small. Although some reviews said to size up, I’ve found that I’ve never had to size up with other brands, so I stuck with my size—7 1/2. Initially, the shoes felt tight and small. However, after re-lacing my shoes and wearing them around the house for a few minutes, I felt the shoes become less tight. Right now I’m sitting at the gym and I just finished my 1st workout. The shoes now feel broken in and are super comfortable. I definitely feel more stability than I did with my Nike’s—I’ve been faithful to my Nike’s for the past 10 years because they were the only brand of shoes where I didn’t feel discomfort, and chafing on my feet when using them for workouts. Now that I’ve tried ASICS I will definitely be purchasing more from this brand. Btw, I wasn’t a huge fan of the logo at first, but now that I see them on my feet, I find them quite attractive:)

These are great shoes if your feet roll in. I typically wear a size 6 1/2 but I order a 7 1/2 in this shoe. It's good to have a little extra room in the toe box.

Was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable these were right out of the box. I had worn out my old pair of Asics after a couple of years and while I would say these were very slightly less supportive, I think they look much better than in years past (less 'orthopedic' and a toned down color pattern). They are still very comfortable and work well for me so I'm happy with the trade off.

Perky colors and great fit. So glad that someone still makes athletic shoes in a narrow width!

I really like this shoe -- it helped me tremendously with heel and foot pain. The only reason I am returning this pair is because I ordered custom orthotics and now need a larger size shoe to accommodate the orthotic. But, even without the orthotic, this shoe helped and even eliminated the heel pain. If I had not got the custom orthotics, these would be my walking/traveling/exercising shoe. I may order them in a larger size to accommodate the orthotic, but I don't need them right now as I have two pairs of Brooks Addiction 13 that do accommodate the orthotic. So, I won't need any running shoes for probably 9-12 months. But, when I do, I will probably get the Asics again as they helped me tremendously until I got the custom orthotics. FYI - As for sizing (without the custom orthotics) -- I usually wear a 9, except in Asics I always wear a 9.5 and in Brooks Addiction I wear a 10.

Love this shoe. I have worn a lot of different Asics and love the fit and construction of this shoe. Plenty of room in the toe box and nice sturdy heal section and the tongue is long enough and stays in place nicely!

The insole was a bit stiff and unforgiving so I took it out and added a gel support pad. I got the wide width and it has plenty of room in the toe box which is the main thing I was looking for. They are great looking and my 3rd pair of ASICS shoes. Happy with the purchase!

These shoes are great for narrow feet. Usually I have gaps, especially in the heel. Not these! So comfortable. I only wish there were more color options for narrow shoes..usually there’s only one.

I have a very narrow foot, especially in the heel. These are the first running shoes I have tried on in a long while that are actually comfortable from day 1. I replace the insoles with orthotics and have no issues. My usual foot size is 9.5 SS. As always, my running shoes are a half size larger (10). So much better than brooks.

I love these shoes. I normally wear a 9N, but I did need to go up half a size. The 9.5 N is perfect. I also tried the Brook narrow shoes, and although they were comfortable, they run wider than the Asics in the front of the shoe.

I really love the color and look of these sneakers! I first ordered the 9.5 and they were too short in length, but the medium width was fine for my narrow feet. Next, I went up a size to a 10M and the length was perfect. Unfortunately, they were too wide in the medium width. I also use an insert for arch support and they were still to wide. I think a size 10N would be the way to go, but this shoe doesn't offer a narrow width.

Previously had worn the ASICS GEL-Kayano because of the support/stability. Saw on a chat room that these were a good sub but didn't cost quite as much. Have had them and used them for the gym 4-5 times a day for the last couple of months and I'd have to agree. Occasionally on a longer run (over 50 minutes), it gets a little tight around my toes - but I don't run that long often enough to be an issue. When it's time to get new ones, I'll probaly see if the Kayanos are on sale first and if the price is comparable go back to those. Overall, I like the Kayanos a little bit better than the GT-2000, but not enough better to spend the money. But if you run more often than doing a the elliptical or a HIIT class you might prefer the Kayano route.

These are just ok; not the most comfortable in the toe box area.

I’ve been wearing ASICS for years, size 10. I had to go up to a size 10.5 on these to allow comfortable room for my big toe. The lavender color is fun...a little color but still feels neutral.

Asics are always great! I use them for running, walking, weight training, and HIIT type work outs. They needed to be broken in a little, but have been very supportive and comfortable.

I like them, but feel they don't have much spring--that is, they feel pretty flat (even with orthotics) in my aerobics and dance classes. But I have to opt for fit over spring.
